The employee taking our order were great but there was a manager there getting mad at the employee for putting “too much” of each topping on the pizza. Every time I’ve been back I have to repeatedly ask for more toppings the photo is my pizza after asking for more cheese 4 times and them putting a tiny pinch. Manager was terrible employees were great.

I like how the pizza crust is thin. Then it makes it so your not so full. I like that you can order different types of crust. I also like that you can choose between a mini to mega size order for your pizza or salad.

I used to love MOD Pizza, but things have taken a turn for the worse. Service was very slow last time and some of the ingredients were looking crusty. We went recently with my parents tried to take advantage of a promotion where you had to buy $30 in pizza and you would get a $10 Fandango gift card. I submitted my receipt with clear information about my purchase and they claimed the location wasn't participating. There were about 50 signs on the inside and the outside of the location. Even the cashier told me how to submit the receipt for the gift card. The rebate was rejected because they said it wasn't a participating location.

I stopped by MOD Pizza for lunch today, and my pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect and everything was fresh. I also want to give a special shoutout to the gentleman with the face tattoos he was so polite and friendly, and made the experience even better. Great food and great service!

I like Mod Pizzas. What I don’t like is walking into the joint at dinnertime to find only one guy on shift to make pizzas; waiting to be served for ages - and eventually giving up and going next door to Cubby’s (where the food is good and I got served immediately). Mod 0, Cubby’s 1. Get your staffing issues sorted.
I've eaten here plenty of times and figured it was time to give them credit for all the great experiences I have had. Whenever I come in the staff is always kind to me and friendly. They are very attentive even if its busy. Whenever I ask for extra of a topping the don't skimp out. They have a pretty good variaty of toppings and you can get whatever you want on your pizza or salad. It has the calories listed for each dough type and all the topping so if you are watching what you eat it's a lot easier to eat something in the range you are looking for. When I'm in the area this is absolutely one of my go to dinner places.

Careful when adding the balsamic as a topping. They will dump it on and the entire pizza will only taste like balsamic, even after we wiped off as much excess as we could, the balsamic already soaked into the rest of the pizza. They also placed the order receipt directly onto the pizza like it was a topping.

Well let’s just say I won’t be back. IDK if the staff is really just oblivious or they’re intentionally rude? Perhaps if their service was better they wouldn’t be withholding from their supposed unlimited toppings? Don’t even have enough cheese to cover the sauce. When I asked for more I was told that there’s a limit? Perhaps that’s why no one was there at lunch?
