Pizza is gross don't buy

I love the crunchy texture on the crust, I can’t quite describe it, but the first time I had it I was hooked. The prices are low, the service is excellent, and my kids are obsessed. What’s not to love? We eat here multiple times per week

We had a really disappointing experience at Mountain Mike’s. We ordered three pizzas, cheese sticks, and mozzarella sticks, and ended up waiting 73 minutes with no sign of our pizzas. The mozzarella sticks didn’t arrive until we had already been there for about an hour. After finally asking for a refund, we were met with attitude from the staff—even though we never received most of our order. They did eventually refund our money, but the experience left a bad impression. We haven’t been back since, and likely won’t return.

i would give a negative review if i could. when i went today, during the slowest hours too, i got pizza with expired ingredients, the dough wasn’t fully cooked, and it was also served cold like they had been letting it sit for a while. and while i was trying to eat, i noticed people staring at me like i was being judged for my appearance. i even noticed those same employees kissing at one point too.

i really don’t recommend this place, it’s horrible and will probably get you sick!

I recently witnessed extremely reckless behavior from one of Mountain Mike’s Pizza delivery drivers, who was driving a black Ram pickup truck with the company’s car topper displayed. The driver aggressively approached my vehicle, then passed me at what appeared to be at least 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Their driving was not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. They sped through a yellow light, nearly causing an accident on US-6. This kind of behavior puts the community at risk and reflects poorly on the company. I hope Mountain Mike’s takes immediate action to address this and ensures their drivers prioritize safety over speed.

Avoid this location like the plague if your Doordashing. The Dasher will be at the location but the time to delivery will just keep slipping back 5-10min, then another 5-10min, and repeat, and repeat. Competent management seems non-existent.

The pizza is quite tasty. I went for the buffet and they had all the “normal” pizza toppings out as you’d expect and a few other more unique options. Really thought that was great. Salad bar was great also. I appreciate that it wasn’t iceberg lettuce.

The building itself is great. Nicely decorated and super clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Won't do delivery if paying cash. Didn't think I'd see a place not want money but here we are. I'll take my business to Marcos they deliver for cash.

We went to the buffet lunch that's available M-F from 11am-2pm. It was delicious! The service was good and the restaurant looked nice and was very clean.

The pizza taste pretty good. However if you get the buffet, they only put out weird pizzas. Tomatoes chicken and green onion pizza?? Just put out pepperoni, or plain cheese. I understand a variety every now and then but I've been here three times now for the buffet and they always do this. They seem to put out pizza that isn't very popular. Lots of guests here and they are slow in coming out with pizzas and when they do, customers get disappointed when they see the options that come out. Spoke to a few other tables and they agreed that the toppings were weird. We waited an hour for them to put out just a plain pepperoni pizza, and they only put out half pepperoni half Hawaiian and it was gone in 2 seconds because of the guests waiting for a normal pizza. And then they proceeded to put out the green onion chicken pizza twice in a row that was pretty much untouched. We paid $15 for the buffet, and left disappointed. Id rather go to pizza pie cafe even though it's not that great but at least there they put out better options than this.
