I am very disappointed with my recent catering experience. I placed my order two weeks in advance and even called the day before to confirm everything, ensuring I would be picking up the food at 5:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, at 5:15 PM, to confirm everything was on track. I even received a message saying the food would be ready by 5:35 PM, which was fine.
However, we didn’t receive our food until 6:10 PM. It was only a 10-minute drive to our party, and we planned to eat right away, but the food was cold when we started. On top of that, we discovered some items were missing and had to drive back to pick them up.
I understand being busy, but given the advance notice for our catering order, better preparation should have been made. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disrupted our event.

We ordered 20 mins ahead to Take Out but yet had to wait another 20 mins in the Take Out spot. I got tired and went to pick it up myself: the bag was sitting there, on the counter top, apparently ready for a while. They were lucky I already had left a $7 tip otherwise I would have not tipped, since I had to get it myself…

Our experience with the manager, Janice, was atrocious. We had a food item become unavailable after ordering which was no big deal. What was a big deal, was the manager bringing the waitress to the table to scold her in the dining room in front of clientele, and then continued by scolding the kitchen staff. The entire mood shifted and ruined what had otherwise been a great meal and a great night. She even tried to come back later and make small talk, to further mend what she had perceived to be an egregious error on the part of her staff. No janice. The weight of our soiled experience is on your shoulders. I hope this was our last interaction so that my family can continue to enjoy this location.

I haven't been to the Olive Garden for years but after our experience last night I plan on going back more often. The service and food was amazing.

The food was good, but overpriced (it didn’t have that exceptional taste that good at this price should have, but had the taste of a just above average restaurant). Their food has gotten a lot more expensive since I last had it. The soup, however, was exceptional - the best part for me. The pasta and chicken was just above average.

I do a lot of take outs, so I am not aware of the atmosphere in the restaurant, but I can't complain about some of their menus, to-go staff are friendly and helpful.

Love the OG! Even with everything going on, this place rocks. They always treat us right and we feel it's a clean and friendly place to be.

Everytime I come here it’s so dirty. I keep thinking it’s a one off experience but it’s every time. The tables. The silverware. The cups. I just can’t anymore.

Not too shabby for being so busy. The table was a bit dirty upon arrival, but that was quickly taken care of. The staff were very helpful and the food great, as always.
If I could give our experience 10 stars, I would!
Our waiter, Tanner, was AMAZING! He was so friendly and genuinely engaging with us—not more than is appropriate, but enough to make us feel like friends. We never had to ask for a thing; everything was always taken care of. Drinks? Full. Needs? Anticipated. He even made sure we left with breadsticks, Alfredo, and drinks to go.
Get. This. Man. A. Raise.
