I have an allergy to celery and so I order white rice when I go to panda, I told them white rice and I got chow mein and when I got home I realized I can't eat my meal 🙃

Don’t do delivery, I have had two times now where it’s been over an hour past the expected time and once they forgot half my order. Pick up yourself for sure (if you have time cause they are hella busy)

They took over 45 minutes at 4:00 in the afternoon wasn't even dinner rush yet. This Panda Express does not know what they're doing and the staff is all poorly trained. Do not go here It would be faster for you to drive to Provo and go to the one in Provo and then drive back to Spanish fork.

I never got my food. I walked in with my 2 yo and 4 yo kids on a Friday night and the line was very long and moving slowly. A sign was out encouraging online orders so I made an online order. Then waited and waited 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be done. Tons of people were still waiting for online orders that were supposed to be done well before mine was. My kids were crying hungry and we had a 4 hour drive ahead of us so we just had to give up and leave. Paid 8.50 and never got anything for it. We spent well over an hour at this panda location total.

I have always loved Panda express. It is one of my go tos. The service is great and fast, the workers are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I recently had some food door dashed and the dasher forgot my drinks. I called Panda Express and asked them what I could do and they said I could come pick up the drinks and they threw in a free plate for the trouble. It was very generous and I appreciated how kind and helpful they were. 5 stars for me:)

Husband and I stopped in on a packed Saturday night. The workers here are top notch. They were fast and effecient. Joey, Reinna, and JJ were awesome! They took great care of us and served fresh, delicious food.

Ordering on line was so much faster that I ordered my food but me and my family still ate there. Sunday it was super busy I was able to order another order on line and get it quicker than standing in line. Food was great and the service there was fast and very friendly.

Got an order to go and it’s literally half full compared to when ordered for dine in. Consistency would be nice

This location has terrible customer service. The food is never ready when they say it will be. I waited in the drive thru line thirty minutes past the pickup time for my online order. I got to the window and they told me to park and come inside because it wasn’t ready yet. There were multiple people in the pickup line who had been waiting for 20+ minutes. An employee told me they lost my order “in the shuffle” and the manager proceeded to tell me they were too overwhelmed to keep up with all their online orders. On a Saturday night nonetheless.
