Ordered takeout, they “lost” the ordered. Ended up being an hour from when the order was placed to when we received food. Don’t do mobile order, they can’t handle it along with their in house orders.
Don't generally eat at this location.Maybe just a bad night there, but chow mein was mainly veggies and few noodles, grilled Teriyaki Chicken was flavorless and greasy.Orange chicken always good.
49 minute wait at 730 pm. Out of almost everything. They messed up 2 of 3 orders. Portion size did not feed an 8 year old. Window worker very rude. No fortune cookies. No orange sauce, forgot one entree on a 2 entree meal. No orange chicken. But paid for it.Do not visit the spaniah fork location.

The place was dirty. Food required a long wait because they were out of many entrées. Fountain drink selection limited.
It's very hit and miss with speed. But mostly on the slower side for the drive through but is doing much better than in the past

Give 0 stars if I could customer service is reduculous. They forgot some of our food and I went back and I didn’t get the food that was missing or a refund. Terrible customer service.

Drive through was closed during lunch hour on a busy Sunday. Long wait in lobby ?
Wish they had pepper and salt to personalize our food. But my heck Mary tried her best. She was super friendly and genuine. Greeting everyone with a big smile. She deserves a huge raise.
