Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Made order online. Did drive thru and couldn't see anyone in the store for 5 minutes, honked my horn... Nothing, 2 cars behind me. So I parked, and walked in then waited a few more minutes and then someone came out from the far back. Helped the 2 cars at the drive thru and then couldn't log into the register and overcharged me. All in all I waited 14 minutes for a already made pizza and overpaid and he never even said sorry for the wait or anything. After I said something he just stood there and said NOTHING. Just a blank stare at the world... Not a smile or thank you or we will do better, no discount for the long wait that was all them... Nothing.

And I never returned!

Love getting a bunch of pizzas to put in the freezer for the kids. This time it was 10 pizzas. Took a little longer but perfection takes time!

They have an excellent staff in Spanish Fork. Very helpful and they all seem to enjoy working together. Friendly atmosphere.

Don’t ever try to get a pizza here on Halloween. They failed horribly with the demand!! Drive thru closed!! When we got up to the counter behind 19 other people, they said it would be another hour!! They did refund us in a timely manner the next day:)

I will never come back here again my order was supposed to be ready at 3:45 it wasn't done until 5:18 because the people working at this location are so incompetent that they weren't able make pizzas and get them to people in a timely manner they were so overwhelmed that they had to close the drive up window because it was over complicating things for them and if I and most of the other people in line weee saying hadn't been forced to pre pay we all would have left. Never again I was in line from 4:00 until I got to the counter at 5:18 management needs to fire this crew and restaff this location

I love the drive-thru, especially with a baby, and I can count on 1 or 2 fingers the amount of times I've had any issues with the service or food. Always a great experience and great pizza.
