Ordered a flounder sandwich last night. It was overcooked to a ridiculous degree. The lack of care that had to have gone into making it is embarrassing. It was basically a hockey puck on bread. This place’s reputation in SF is not great and the owner doesn’t seem to want to fix it. You need new staff or better trained staff. I won’t be returning.

I had such a bizarre experience here last night. We pulled into the drive-through around 10:30 and ordered our food. After ordering, and having the employee verify everything on the order, she informed me that they only had chicken tenders available and nothing that I ordered was actually available right now. There appeared to be a language barrier, and after some confusion, I was told that If I didn't want chicken tenders, I would have to leave. I drove around front and put in an online order for doordash, and everything that I tried to order got delivered 30 minutes later. So frustrating to be lied to and told to leave, just to get that exact same food delivered later

On Saturday the 9th we went to Spanish Fork around 9 pm. Everything was excellent. The guy named Sandino was the one who served us, super friendly and attentive at work. After leaving work, my wife and I decided to go to this place for dinner and spend some time chatting, something we couldn't enjoy either of this or the place since it seemed that the A/C was on, it was too cold, a bit like if we were outside, something that should be corrected because one comes to have dinner and enjoy a good family moment, otherwise excellent and above all the attention of the boy named Sandino saved our bad experience regarding the weather inside this place, thank you!!!
