I have ordered meat plates here twice recently. The first one we did not get much pulled pork, and the lean brisket was a little tough, but we did get a good portion (has an up charge). The second one had ribs (has an up charge), but the meat was scare and tough on the ribs while the pulled pork was a little fatty.

Love this place its super delicious!! Was craving it all week their pulled pork sandwich is my favorite. Went and got some food tonight and they offered us a free half rack of ribs awesome!! However I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my bf ordered the ribs. Got home to dig in and there's 0 pulled pork on my sandwich. Sitting here with most places closed since its 20 minutes away from where we live. Very upset and dissapointed.

Just came through. Tried to order ribs and they told me they were all out of ribs. Went across the street

A Drive-through employee gave me major sass when trying to use a coupon for $10 off that was in my app. After accepting the coupon and tapping “used” he continued to claim that the coupon was only for orders of $35 or more. Told me to add $5 more or I couldn’t use it. Then when I declined to add any items he then tried to charge full price. I told him to figure out how to use the coupon after I confirmed there was no $35 dollar or more minimum stated on the coupon. After arguing for 5 min and denying to get his manager, he gave me a level of sass have never seen in all my years of frequenting restaurants and said “ fine I can give you the coupon this one time”…Needless to say I won’t be back and won’t be using a clear coupon that was in my app with that type of sass coming from a gen Zer that doesn’t know how to function in restaurant hospitality.

Terrible experience, the only interaction with an employee was him telling me to order from the QR code. The woman who delivered my food had nothing to say about it. Dining area was neglected I know why it was empty on a Friday night. There food isn't good enough for Terrible service.

This location appears to only have teenagers working, who do not care about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables are not wiped down, the floor is dirty and sticky. The food was barely lukewarm, and they all just stand around talking and goofing off. (Which is kind of understandable, they are teenagers, but I feel like when there are customers at the counter or in line/waiting for food, they should be more professional.) I read the reviews after I came here, which was a mistake. Always read reviews beforehand, and it looks like automated generic responses saying they passed the info to the team and to please reach out, knowing no one will actually reach out. But they need to work on cleaning up when they have free time so it doesn’t look like they don’t clean at all. Managers definitely need to make sure their employees/staff are keeping on top of cleaning up.

Just pass on this place. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. My wife and I went here on a date and the food was not up to par for what we paid. I got the 3 meat plate with chopped brisket, turkey , and pulled pork. First, they brought me sliced brisket instead of pulled pork without telling me. Second, the turkey was so dry and tough it tasted like rubber, the corn looked gray like it was spoiled. My wife got the fried chicken sandwich and she thought it looked like a breaded and fried lobster. The outside of the fried chicken was too tough to eat and her sweet potato fries were limp and mushy. Finally, the dine in experience was just sad. Dirty tables, walls, and floors. Staff of young kids just standing around. I feel like we are late to the party on this one and others have already realized not to come back. I should have wondered why it wasn't very busy on a Friday night and I wished I would have read the reviews of this place before coming.

Unfortunately they were out of everything we wanted. Not prepared for Friday night crowds and seemed like they overwhelmed with a line of 6 people with open tables in the lobby. Great food!

Editing my review(was 5 stars). This location has gone way down hill. Cold food, burned food, dirty establishment, rarely do the meals arrive at the same time. Lots of staff turnover, and kids goofing around. Nobody seems to care. The last 6-9 months it has been drastic. Not sure if it is the change in management, but this location is rarely busy, even on a weekend.

I had 2300 points and I redeemed 20.00 worth to pay for my 2 peach coblors and 2 orders of hush puppies. I ordered through the app and payed but when I went to pick them up they told me they were out of peach cobbler. I told them I didn't want the order and they were supposed to refund. My CC the 11.00 and make sure my points were put back on. This happened 5nights ago and nothing has been done. We love their food but this was a kick in the teeth and we felt like our points should still be returned and they have our CC info from the app. If they fix this I will fix my review.Tonya Green

R&R BBQ's Brisket Nachos are a flavor explosion! The combination of chopped brisket, housemade poblano queso, fresh chips, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream creates a delightful symphony for your taste buds. And let's not forget the sides – the creamed corn, Garlic Mashers with Brown Gravy, and fried pickles are nothing short of amazing. A savory journey that leaves you craving more! R&R BBQ in Spanish Fork is a must visit!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are availableParking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

If I could give a no star I would. Nachos were awful!! I paid $1 extra for the Brisket upgrade assumed it meant warm meat. But I was served cold meat and not much of it. Chips were awful and was basically the same quality as gas station nachos. I took that nachos back to the counter and was met with we can add tomatoes which were basically mush. The individuals next to me had a ton of meat on their pork nachos. I usually like R and R but I won’t be back!!There was a lot of food they did not have as well.Potatoes, chicken, fries, beans, and Cilantro. I am sure there was more but that is all they shared.

I’ve worked in food service for 10 years and I NEVER leave bad reviews but there needs to be a line. Staff is always snobby to me, doesn’t matter how nice I am. The girls there are always on their phones. So I decided to order out tonight instead of waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got my order wrong, again. I get it no one wants to work, but c’mon. It’s exhausting! R&R is a terrible name for this place! Super disappointing.
