The slowest roxberry I have ever been to. With 4 employees we waited 45 minutes for one smoothie. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t.

Thank you to Spanish Fork Roxberry. Today was the perfect storm. I have a medical condition and the only place I can eat outside of my home is Roxberry. I ran out of my food at home due to sick kids and not being able to make it. We traveled for some therapies, a long 5 hour day for us. I needed food. Their Internet was down. They could only take cash, and I only had a large bill, that they weren't supposed to accept. Gratefully they made an exception for a desperate mom on the go. I've always loved Roxberry, but I love it even more now. Thank you!

I love their smoothies and was excited to get one due to not being able to eat much with a new set of braces. I placed the order for curbside pick up and after waiting over 10 minutes past my pickup time, I ended having to go inside to get it. The smoothie was completely watered down and was more like juice/flavored water than a smoothie. Because I had to wait so long I didn’t time to have it remade. Bummer.
