I love Roxberry, so much so that I prefer Rox over any other smoothie place. This time around, though, I received below par service. Please make sure you reas back the order to ensure the order is correct. I specifically asked for a 32 oz and received 24 oz. If the order was read back, the would've been corrected. I am grateful they gave me a 32 oz without charging me an extra amount. The smoothies were not the same either. Peanut butter blast is a favorite, and it was 'watered down'. Please also add all the info on the receipts, including any boosts, to continue to ensure the order is correct.

When asked about lactose-free options, they were very helpful and sought information on my behalf.
My mom loved her seasonal Pumpkin smoothie, I felt it lacked "something" in the flavor, whereas the Passionfruit Paradise smoothie I got was absolutely delicious. ?
Dietary restrictions: Lactose/dairy-free options, and they'll substitute ingredients for you if you ask.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a very wheelchair-accessible place, the door needs to be pushed open, seating is high up.

Great service, nice looking place, clean and orderly with good operating employees. Drinks are good, nothing ground breaking but reliable. The ocean breeze tastes DEAD ON like mixed berry skittles. FYI. Also a bit pricey, it’s more like California prices to be honest.
Parking: Parking is plentiful, but super weird. It’s a maze for some reason.

I came one minute before they were about to close and they gladly made my smoothie. Plus the entire crew was getting the place deeply cleaned before they left work. The manager was praising the employees for their hard work. This crew deserves a bonus!! Lucky owner!

Ordered a pitaya peanut butter power bowl. The employee told me they were out of “dye” and it would taste the same (yes, Roxberry I am aware you don’t use dyes that’s why this is ridiculous) She handed me a brown smoothie bowl. There is no pitaya and I am certain this is just frozen bananas and PB as I make smoothie bowls at home. The texture was weird. I now go to Everbowl because the trust from this place is gone.
