Manager was rude, demeaning and Condescsending to us in regards to take out. in which we asked as we entered the restaurant. about their takeout versus dine in. we asked him to comp or discount one of our meals due to the miscommunication by his employee in which he refused. I stated I would leave a review that was not a good review, and he started to raise his voice at me then as he walked away, he gave a half hearted apology and our waitress never came back again for the rest the night, the food was mediocre the bathrooms were dirty but the customer service was really subpar, especially for management they claim they’re under new management, and things are better, but I would never ever come back into this place again. in addition, as they kept my food, the employees played with my broccoli, tossing it in the air, and then use the spatula to chop up my meat into tiny pieces. we waited for 20 minutes for our bill. I am sure the waitress was too embarrassed to come over after her manager or head talk with us forever if I had been in her shoes, I would’ve said I am so sorry for my manager. I wish I could help, but she just simply ignored us.
