Shortly after ordering the manager came to our table to let us know that they were out of burgers and that they could not fulfill our meal. In walks the GREAT customer service—the manager offered to get us anything else on the menu, no matter how expensive. He let us switch out sides for something better and even gave us a free meal next time we come back as well.

The food is always great here and the manager went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience, despite a small hiccup. He came and delivered our sides early even to make sure we weren’t left waiting wrong. Everyone should take notes—Rumbi does it right!

The dude that works the front a lot is terrible. I hate when people wear airpods when taking an order. He missed parts of our order because, I assume, he was distracted. Just terrible service.

I have a problem. And it isn't with the location. Please help me understand the logic of teriyaki noodles that cost $1.00 extra, for which I would gladly pay, but what was served is common Italian spaghetti noodles. Please tell me why? Rumbi corporate: at least use some cheap Ramen noodles if you're not going to serve yakisoba like pretty much any other restaurant that serves teriyaki noodles. It's a bait and switch at best and a culinary insult at worst.

I got sweet pork salad and sweet potato fries. Both really good. My companions got different items and enjoyed theirs as well. Has chewable pebble ice. Glad we tried it.

This place has gotten a lot better and now serves excellent food. The manager was able to hold the storefront down by himself at the time we went which is pretty impressive. He worked with us when we wanted to modify the coupon. We brought just a touch, so he is super helpful. The food tasted great and I'm glad that I get regular coupons so that I can come and always feel like I'm getting a deal. The meats were cooked wonderfully and have great texture. The sauces are also really good, though the spicy one can be just a little more spicy haha, maybe I'll check out one of the other sauces. I'm grateful that in the store they have Sriracha available to help me make my dish more spicy.
