Rumbi Island Grill

I had a coupon for BOGO + drink but he charged me for an extra drink. I got 1 drink cup. I didn’t realize until after I left because I figured since I brought up the coupon— and showed him before ordering— I’d be charged correctly. It wasn’t busy inside, just me and 2 other people. It was an extra $3 charge for nothing. (if you know this economy, eating out is not an often occasion for many, I try to save and tip where I can.) I also paid in cash and he didn’t give me my change, he just dropped it into the tip cup after I had put $2 cash in on my own accord. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted my change, he just… dropped it in there without asking first. I didn’t even know how much change I had left over and wasn’t given a receipt.

Service was excellent, staff was friendly and efficient and helpful when asked for a favor. Food was outstanding! We had the pork salad and the rhumbi burger and sweet potatoes fries. All were fresh and tasted so yummy! We'll be coming back for sure.

I like how the restaurant is quiet. It's a nice, calm atmosphere. However, the service is incredibly slow. We had to wait for a person to put in the order to redeem a deal, and we waited more than ten minutes. Not enough staff. Food is delicious.

Went for lunch and the food was ok. I came in around 2pm and the place was completely empty. I got the sweet pork salad and a small drink. It came to almost $17. Restaurant was clean and the person who took my order was nice. He had long black hair and I found some in my salad. I think people would be more satisfied going to Costa Vida or Mo Bettas.

Rumbis in Spanish fork is the best! Great service and food

As you can see from my receipt, I ordered a chicken rice bowl. It looked great until I started mixing it. I noticed quite a bit of stuff that shouldn’t be in a chicken rice bowl. I’m not sure if these brown bits are old food scraped from the grill, or a cross contamination with beef, if you look close, it kinda looks like flakes of beef or fat. At any rate, I just paid over $15 for food that I’m not sure what it is. This was at the Spanish Fork UT location. Buyer beware, hopefully I don’t get sick from the little bit I ate before I noticed this unidentified stuff!

Food was good I had the cabo fish taco with rice and noodles. It was very good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was clean. Been there a couple times had different entree This was my first time trying to fish taco. I usually get the Hawaiian style chicken. I'm sure everything's pretty good on the menu.

Service was good and the restaurant was nice and clean but the food was just… not great. The grilled chicken was bland and dry and the sauce did little to help. Felt like week old meal-prep.
