When this first opened, it was our go-to. Tonight was the 3rd time in 2 weeks of trying to go there, and we waited in the drive-thru for close to 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging us. The service lately has been non-existent, super disappointing. We want to support them, but lately there’s no way to even do that.

I know that they were short-staffed. But my kids and I were in there for 45 minutes. We got our drinks after 20 and then waited another 25 for fries. If they weren’t as short-staffed as they were I would have asked for my money back. I want sip’n to thrive but I don’t know if I have the patience to go back.
