The drinks are fun and good tasting but everytime I go there I pay more and more for one item. Costs are too high. I'll make my own thanks. Can't come anymore sipn thinks their starbucks.

When this first opened, it was our go-to. Tonight was the 3rd time in 2 weeks of trying to go there, and we waited in the drive-thru for close to 10 minutes with no one even acknowledging us. The service lately has been non-existent, super disappointing. We want to support them, but lately there’s no way to even do that.

I know that they were short-staffed. But my kids and I were in there for 45 minutes. We got our drinks after 20 and then waited another 25 for fries. If they weren’t as short-staffed as they were I would have asked for my money back. I want sip’n to thrive but I don’t know if I have the patience to go back.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I think I’ve been to Sip N’ around 10 times and 7 out of the 10 smoothies that I get there taste really good. But depending on who’s working, they’ll give me a terrible smoothie. I always order Strawberry smoothies and it doesn’t always taste the same. The ones that aren’t good have almost no sugar in them and they’re very bland looking color. When I get a really good strawberry smoothie, it’s a very bright pink color and has more sugar in it. I don’t know what extra thing they put in there smoothies that make it taste so good, but they’re definitely not always putting it in them, again depending on who makes it. If someone could tell me what that extra ingredient is that makes it taste sugary and tart, let me know so that I can tell them to add that to my smoothie.

I’m not sure how to get in touch with the store! But Ive tried calling the new SF location. We were just in and bought a chocolate chip cookie and it tasted like poison. Not even faint either. Like someone baked cleaner into it! We have never experienced anything like this.
