terrible customer service! I was sitting at the drive thru speaker (where they can see you) for 5 whole minutes with only car in front of me, never even greeted.

I don't usually leave reviews for places, but I had to say something about this Starbucks. Drive thru is really quick and efficient, the staff members are so nice. They messed up my order once, and got me a large instead of a medium drink to make up for it. And if you are dining in, you can ask for your drink to be served in a mug. It was such a vibe in the morning. 10/10 recommend. I recommend the iced skinny vanilla latte with protein cold foam and carmel or creme brulee topping. :) Favorite breakfast item: The the spinach feta egg white wrap

The only downside is this is the only Starbucks location I’ve visited that do not put sleeves on the cups unless it’s requested. Otherwise, it’s a great place.

This is absolutely one of my favorite coffee shops in the US. Staff is friendly and coffee is great. But you can't beat the view of the mountains!

Went for my birthday, the app wouldn’t work and the guy at the window was so kind! He just asked for proof of my birthday, I got a venti iced pumpkin chai! It was actually amazing and the guy really made it a great experience!

Horrible Starbucks to go to. I walked in. Apparently it was Red cup day. Had no idea. Was just stopping on my way out of town and I walked up and ordered my drinks and she slammed the cup on the counter. I was the first customer of the day and she goes. Here's your cup and I said oh is that right cup day and she goes yeah and rolled her eyes at me and then walked away when the my drink was ready and the girl brought it to me. She was on the speaker with the drive-thru and she was talking about a completely different drink than I had. So I didn't grab it and she goes. Are you going to grab your drink come on? I heard her whisper under her breath ..Are you dumb? This is just absolutely ridiculous. Customer service completely rude store smelt like cigarette smoke it was just horrid.. Will never be going back

Crappy service
I've came to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember and never had a problem with the service. Today I went through to drive through to receive the wrong order. I went back inside to explain the miscommunication and I was told I need to be more specific on how I want my drink. Mind you I've ordered the same drink for years and never had a mess up even with different locations. The worker proceeded to tell me how I should make my drink and unless I have a go to person or be a regular, they won't understand what I'm talking about. My drink did get remade but the public humiliation felt awful as I felt like I knew what I was talking about with describing my order. I understand miscommunication, but please don't continue to correct me and tell me to basically do better when the store is packed with customers.

I’ve went to this Starbucks for years, idk if it’s under new ownership or what but it’s gone majorly downhill. I’ve ordered the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso 3 separate times and it’s been awful every time. Tastes completely different than last years.
Today I went at approx 11:45 am and ordered a drink, which the drive thru guy proceeded to hand to the car in front of me and then got it back and handed it to me later after the car in front of me drove away. When asked if this was the same drink he said “no” but it was the exact same size, look etc of my drink. I won’t be going back.
They make my drinks perfectly. The only problem is that they tend to forget my food every time I order some. I usually end up not ordering any food items even if I want something because I intentionally order ahead to save time, and if I have to wait 20+ minutes for them to finally get my food to me, that defeats the purpose. You'd make more money if you didn't ignore the food on people's orders!

I swear this store is never open. I went on my birthday at 8pm for my birthday drink and they were closed! Their hours say they don’t close until 9pm… This morning i went at 4:40am before work and they said they would open in 20-30 minutes. Seriously? I talked to a coworker about it and she said this has happened to her as well. If you’re constantly opening late and closing early change your hours on google.
