Notwithstanding the fact that Danny was the sole employee on shift, he provided me with the most exceptional and genuine service I have ever experienced at the Subway location in Spanish Fork, Utah, and I would like to extend my gratitude to him for crafting the sandwich of the day, from*** Keep It Rolling Painting***
Good food, had coupon.

I love Subway but it was 6 PM and they were out of mayo & most meat and veggies. The one kid had earbuds in, and both workers were just unprofessional. There were ants in the booths. This location clearly needs new owners and management

I went in, two people ahead of me. 1 couple, and a single guy. I was there 43 min. And it wasn’t cause they was understaffed. One of the guys used the bathroom twice, the other guy (no offense) seemed way too old, slow and hard of hearing to be working that job. Lots of confusion. And to top it off THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ALL THE SUBWAY PROMOTIONS, the subway just down the street has “bbq chicken ___ and ___ $5.99” etc. nope this place “never heard of such thing” I won’t be back. I almost walked out in the mid of them making my sandwich cause it was taking them so long. Again, they wasn’t busy.

The crew at this location are normally quite fun to joke around with while you build your sandwich. Food and ambiance are typical Subway feels.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location I tend to avoid it but decided to give it another chance since it was the closest I ordered online …. For one they only wrapped the sandwhich in the wrapper not the paper they make the sandwhich on which seems like a small thing but really makes it all less messy… they also gave me the complete wrong bread

Juan Carlos was amazing. So polite, never groaned about my picky order. Very respectful!
Came in for a Cheese Steak sub meal. Clean place. Was not busy, was greeted with a friendly welcome to Subway. Made my sandwich to perfection. Tasted great, as it should.

Everything was terrible. Service worker didn’t even speak to us, just stared at us blankly and gestured to us to say what we wanted. Has an earbud in and looked annoyed that we were even there. Then the food was… not great. We typically love subway, but the bread was soft and soggy, which made it difficult to eat the whole sandwich. Ordered a churro as well, but it was stale and hard as a rock. Never going to this location again.

I travel for a living and eat at Subways all over the US. One thing I've noticed more so than the other sandwich chains is sometimes varying quality at Subway locations. This location was at the bottom. The poor clerk was working buy herself and was out of pretty much everything "due to a large order". The freshness of the vegetable bar looked suspect and I wanted to leave but the wife wanted to stay. While eating I couldn't help but notice how filthy and grimy this place was. Some of the dust and crumbs and food looked like it had been there for a while. Not going to eat at this location again.

Food is wrong very often. The bread is always really dry. We ended up throwing half of the sandwiches away. I ordered a churro and it was solid. I had to just throw it away because I couldn’t even bite it. The only reason I ordered here was because it wasn’t letting me order from Salem.

The owner really needs to know about this! We just came in on a Sunday at 4 o’clock, and the kid that was in the back. I think he was doing naughty things to himself., no joke he told us that it would be about 15 minute wait nobody was there. He told us he had to take care of an online order. The owner really needs to know about this. This is absolutely strange and odd behavior.

This location had several issues. First, the bathroom had no toilet paper. In addition to a note being placed on the paper towels to not use as toilet paper, like it had been that way for a while. Second, the fountain drinks were down, had practically no vegetable options no cheese options and what they did have was frozen and gross looking. Kid that worked there was nice, we honestly felt bad for him he was obviously doing his best with what was provided for him but genuinely the manager should be watched more closely if not fired.

I stop there yesterday wanting 5 All America sandwiches. There was no one in line. The guys started taking my order and and apparently he couldn't use the white bread because it was to hot. So I was deciding what other bread to use and trust me it took me couple of seconds. He was like I can't take your order.I have a online order. I told him that I came in first. He told me to wait like 20 minutes to finish the order and he was going to get back with me. Come on I was there first not the online order. So I left. They have to have the in-store customer first. Especially if those orders came last.

Ordered online and they got the order completely wrong. They just made two of the same sandwiches just on different bread but that were completely off of what we ordered. We were on our way out of town so we didn't check until we were far too far away to bring back. Disappointed because they got spinach and mayo on everything the kids wouldn't eat it. I even checked that the receipt had the correct order. They just made it wrong
