This drive thru is chaos. You could spend ten minutes waiting in line and several cars that got there one minute ago could somehow get to the window before you because somehow the second lane moved faster than yours.

This Swig is awful! Most of the time they get my order wrong.Tonight they got my order wrong plus they were rude about it! I waited in line for about 20 minutes and as I was pulling away I noticed that they forgot the cream in my Guava Have It. When you pay almost $5 for a drink you expect it to be what you ordered! Obviously I didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes so I pulled to the side and asked the girl if she could fix the mistake. She did but then she said “Next time this happens you have to get back in line!” I said I didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes for their mistake. She kept saying “That’s the rules!!” and “We don’t take walk up orders!!” Please tell me how that makes any sense? It was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this Swig.

We ordered two 32oz Texas tabs and one 24oz Beach Babe tonight. For some reason my Texas Tab tastes completely flat with no carbonation and my boyfriend’s tastes completely normal. So disappointing!

I don't know much about Swig but this was a drive through. The soda I had was some variation of Mountain Dew. I was forced to come here by my girlfriend because of some show on TV. I have to say that the drink I had was tasty.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast food place. Swig is normally good but this was so far below the bar. Somehow we got the correctly named drinks but we all had a different sizes even though we all ordered 24 oz. I noticed that mine didn’t taste right, looked at the sticker and I saw that it swapped Mt dew for diet Dr Pepper. I don’t really care, it’s just impressive there was any confusion when we were clear in our order. I’ve worked fast food and it’s really not hard. Put flavoring into the soda and hand it out the window.
With that, THEY WERE SO SLOW!!! Two people working inside took a solid five minutes for 3 drinks. That’s on top of waiting probably 30 minutes for the 6 cars in front of us. Outstanding. To top it off I heard them complaining that they had people continuing to enter the line. Dude, it’s your job. I know you’re in high school and options are limited but suck it up.

We had a frustrating visit at Swig. Despite only having six cars ahead of us, it took 30 minutes to get our order. There were two employees working the window inside, but they seemed to struggle with making drinks even though our order was clearly on their tablet. We ordered three drinks — they forgot one initially, then gave us the wrong sizes for two of them, and one wasn’t even the right drink. At that point, we didn’t have the energy to fix it and just left. On top of that, we could hear them complaining about customers in line, which felt ironic given the slow pace of service. I understand they’re likely high school students, but the experience was still disappointing.
Consistently the slowest drive thru out of any swig I’ve been to. You’re better off taking a drive to the Springville location. The extra distance is still faster than sitting in the lines here.

Don't get me wrong, swigs drinks are great, and their staff is super friendly. But there is SOMETHING about this location that makes them the absolute slowest drive thru in the entire city. You can get food for a family of 8 faster than you can get a single drink here. The last time I went, I waited a full 10 minutes in the same spot. 10 minutes and they hadn't served drinks to even a single car. I don't know how they can be so slow when they only serve drinks and premade cookies, but they need to figure out their problems. This time, I backed out and left, and so did several others.

Don’t go to this swig unless you have AT LEAST 30 minutes to wait in the line. There is also no good way to direct the line traffic so I always get cut in line.
