I’ve always loved Texas Roadhouse—especially for the rolls. They’re hands down my favorite part of the meal, and I even make sure to buy a frozen dozen around Thanksgiving every year. That said, it’s clear that the restaurant knows how popular the rolls are, which makes it frustrating that they so often struggle to keep up with demand. At the Spanish Fork location in particular, I’ve noticed a recurring issue: the rolls are inconsistent. Sometimes they’re undercooked—likely due to how busy it gets—while other times they come out dry and overly crisp. More often than not, you’ll hear the servers say, “We’re running low right now, but I’ll bring some out when I can.” Unfortunately, they usually don’t make it back before the rest of your food arrives. By that point, either you’ve moved on from the craving, or you’re quietly hoping to snag some to take home with your leftovers.
As for the food, I usually go with the chicken fried chicken. It’s hit or miss—some days it’s great, especially with the white gravy, and other days it ends up as fridge leftovers that my teens eagerly inhale before I even get a chance to revisit it.
Overall, I’m giving four stars based mostly on how much I love the rolls. But please—find a way to consistently serve them fresh and in good supply, especially during peak times. They’re worth it, and your guests clearly agree.

Joni was fantastic, kind , quick with attention to detail, welcoming, and when I informed Joni about my allergy concerns Joni spoke with the kitchen manager and came back with a list of safe foods.
That happens so rarely that I held back tears. Joni was checking in before our drinks and bread ran out.
Young toddler human dropped a ceramic bowl and someone cleaned up immediately and nobody was upset, it was great
Did I was also very kind and helpful and the entire staff was kind and it was a great experience.
We celebrated 2 birthdays so I spent more to get the largest portions for all 6 of us.
We will be back as often as possible with friends and family .

Today's lunch was done extremely well. Our server Alyse is very happy and attentive to every need and quick to remove any and all emptied dishes and came back to our table numerous times. We had a huge group and she even made sure to ask about submitting our orders together. All of our food was made exactly to order and tasted delicious. Keep up the great work. First time eating here. It was a Friday night really busy at 7:00. There were 3 of them going, so I decided to go online to see if they had a wait list that I could get our name on and there was. It said 20-25 min wait. When we arrived, it had only been 15 min, so I gave them my name and told them I was on their list. They said it would be a few min. We didn't even get sat down, and they called our name. The waitress was excellent. The food was cooked exactly as I asked and there was hardly a wait for our food. The place was really clean, which surprised me for how busy it was. Highly recommended place to go.

Ordered 2 medium well steaks they brought out to very horrible quality 🥩 that were bloody and cooked medium absolutely gross 🤢 so two bad plates and they refunded one guess this place is one to AVOID BAD ALL AROUND WONT BE BACK.
The food was good, however my steak (sirlion) was a bit more chewy and less tender than I would have liked. It was cooked to medium but the fork wouldn't even push in without using excessive force. Good service and less noisy than other locations

Our server accidentally messed up and got us the wrong appetizers and quickly fixed the issue letting us know we could keep the incorrect ones and that they were on the house due to her mistake. I always appreciate when servers do little things like this rather than taking it and throwing it away as it goes a long way for the customer. 10/10 experience and a great Texas Road House Location
