They should rebrand to a more appropriate name and call it "Texas Outhouse."
Steaks are always overcooked or the wrong cut of steak or both. If you have a party of 5 or more, they'll forget someone's order. It's always so loud that you have to yell your order. I've been to numerous Texas Outhouses in numerous states, and they're all the same. Avoid.

Outstanding Service at Texas Roadhouse Spanish Fork!
I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Spanish Fork Texas Roadhouse, largely thanks to our server, Jake. His attentive service elevated our entire meal from start to finish.
The food was delicious - perfectly prepared and served with care. What truly stands out, though, is how Jake made our visit special with his friendly demeanor and professional service.
I actually live about 90 minutes away from this location (with another Texas Roadhouse just 10 minutes from my home), but I'll gladly make the drive to Spanish Fork from now on. This was hands-down the best Texas Roadhouse experience I've ever had.
If you're deciding between locations, the Spanish Fork restaurant is absolutely worth the extra drive. Jake and the team there have set a new standard for what dining out should be!

On valentines day which I imagine is there busiest day of the year, the manager personally worked with me to save my spot on the wait list after I had waited for 2 hours and had tickets to see a show nearby. Upon returning from my show one of the servers asked how the show was, they recognized me and asked how I was with specific details. And the manager (I regrettably do not recall her name, but she was very kind and at the front desk the whole night) held to her word and we were seated within a few minutes. The food was good and the sever was great. They were out of caeser salad (because it was busy) but they gave us lots of rolls so I can't realy complain. Great service. That's why I trust Texas rodehouse with important dinners. You can be sure I tipped the most your little machine would let me. Thank you!

My husband and I come here about three times a week, and we’ve always had a decent experience—until this visit. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We had to send back three glasses of water and a Jack and Coke because the glasses were so filthy that there were visible floaties, and you could feel grit on the outside. That’s just not acceptable.
To the server’s credit, they replaced the drinks without an issue, and our food was okay, but the whole situation felt brushed off. On top of that, the music was way too loud, making it hard for us to communicate with our server, who was already struggling to hear us.
We usually enjoy coming here, so I hope this was just a one-off bad night. Still, cleanliness and attentiveness matter, and I feel like this experience needs to be acknowledged so improvements can be made
