The cookies are good and similar to other cookie shops. I personally can't bring myself to ever pay so much for cookies, but I know a lot of people that love them and I do appreciate whenever somebody brings some for us. The staff has been friendly the few times we've gone and the cookies are always baked well and taste good. Pair it with a soda shop nearby and you've got a good comfort food sugar overload.

We visit Cookie Crave at least once a week. Their salted caramel is one of my favorites. They offer a large variety every day so there's something everyone will enjoy. The owners are the nicest people too!

I will say.. I LOVE the S’mores cookie, I only go for this cookie. But I originally went to get my mom some cookies. She has celiacs really badly, Gluten makes her deathly ill (hospital worthy Ill.) So this shop advertises gluten free cookies.. but they are 100% not safe for anyone with celiac and they will admit that.. they don’t take care with cross contamination In the slightest.. so it’s really upsetting when we find a place down in this area that offers gluten free but they don’t handle it with care. If you’re going to do gluten free do it right and handle it properly. Some people won’t ask how you handle it if you advertise gluten free because it’s your job to understand what gluten free entails.. cross contamination/sensitivities are included and you could cause these customers serious issues.So I have a love hate relationship with this shop.

They were low on a multiple cookies. The ones we had were good. The keto snickerdoodle was also really good even when compared to the others. I don't know when they are most stocked with fresh cookies, but I will definitely try them again when I am in the area.
They have really good milk chocolate chip cookies. The employees are very nice. And the place is really clean.

I live in St.George Ut and celebrated my 45th birthday over the weekend. One of my best friends from Spanish Fork drove down and surprised me with a box of 80's Rock themed and naughty ? cookies. These cookies looked like little works of art. Extremely delicious, soft and moist as well as incredibly realistic looking tasty body parts.I'm ordering 10 more boxes of naughty cookies to be shipped to other executives here in town.XOXOXOXOXO'S

First time I tried this cookie place. I called them and they said I had to order my cookies. I just wanted one cookie. So I ordered just the one cookie, and guy on the phone said it would be 15 minutes. So 15 minutes later I go pick up the cookie and he said he forgot to put my order in. So had to wait in shop for another 15 minutes. He then said the cookie was on the house. So after the cookie was finished, he said to let it cool off for awhile to let it get firm. I let it cool for 45 minutes. I checked the cookie and it was still very mushy. I dont think the dude cooked it long enough. I took a small bite but it was just too soggy. As you can see in the photos the cookie was so mushy it was like eating raw cookie dough, and it just fell apart, as you can also see in the picture. The cookie couldn't even be picked up without it breaking at every single angle. I ended up throwing it away, I didnt eat it. Good thing it was free.....Very disappointed, and will not be coming back here and I wont recommend this place.
