I ordered a gluten free pizza as well as two small pizzas. The regular pizzas came 25 minutes after ordering and it was 45 minutes and still no gluten free pizza. My family was done eating before I git my pizza. Nothing like dirty utensils. An empty restaurant to slow the kitchen down….?

Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, while another table that came in after us was greeted, got drinks, and placed their order right away.
It didn’t seem busy at all, so the long wait just didn’t make sense. After finally ordering, it took another 30 minutes to get our pizza. Breadsticks didn’t show up until after we were done eating. The whole experience felt off — like we were being overlooked on purpose.
This wasn’t our first visit either. We’ve tried giving this place a few chances, hoping it would get better, but it never does.
Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with waiting over an hour for service that makes you feel ignored.
Pizzas here are phenomenal! Salad bar is the best- and the bread twists are unreal!

We were very disappointed with our experience at The Pizza Factory Spanish Fork tonight. It took well over 10 minutes for a server to come to our table for the first time. If it's a busy night, be prepared for it to be very loud in the restaurant. When our server finally brought drinks, there was a small fly in one, and we also saw another bug crawling across our table. I have serious doubts about the cleanliness of this location.
We enjoyed our bread sticks, but when we got our pizzas, one of the pizzas we received was not what we ordered. Our server never came back to check on us, so I talked to the person at the front desk, who sent our server back to our table. When I explained the problem, she just said that we received what she had written down. There was no apology. Clearly she misheard me (likely because it was so loud in there), but this is why servers should be trained to repeat the order back to the customer. She offered to have the kitchen make us what we actually ordered, but we were so fed up with the experience we didn't want to wait for the correct pizza. There were no offers to comp or discount the incorrect order.
After eating we once again waited a long time hoping our server would reappear so I could ask for boxes and the check. I finally had to ask the front desk to send her back to our table. We were at the restaurant for nearly 2 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting.
I understand that these are young kids (likely high school or perhaps college) working, but the wait times and lack of customer service was so poor that we won't be coming back.

The pizza was the saddest, most underbaked excuse for a pizza I have ever eaten. My husband was disgusted and was so mad that we paid as much as we did for it. It tasted like the kind you might get in a school cafeteria, not a restaurant. The wait was longer than they described on the phone as well. It was just an overall underwhelming and unpleasant experience.

Very sad there is so many 1 star reviews, food is good price is fair and it’s normally very fast.
Some days it gets extra busy and it takes a minute but we have eaten here roughly once a week for years and we love it!

We went to the Spanish Fork location and had a large group of 26. Tessa was amazing! What could have been an overwhelming and stressful situation, she handled it like a champ. We were so grateful for her hard work!
For starters, my wife and I love Pizza factory! This was our first visit to this location in Spanish Fork. We were excited because it is the closest to where we live now. However it was not worth it!
It took them about 10 minutes to notice we were there and then seat us, there were only four other families there and about 15 open tables. The water they gave us to start was soapy so we couldn’t drink it. So we ordered other drinks and the cup they gave my wife was leaking so all of her drink ended up on her lap. The food was edible but tasted like it was from a cardboard box. ALSO if you like the cinnamon dipping sauce like my wife and I you will be disappointed as they told me they don’t serve it and haven’t served it for many years. Please save your money and don’t go to this specific location there is a better Pizza Factory in Lindon and is worth the extra 22 minutes to drive there and have a WAY BETTER experience! We won’t come here again but look forward to the lindon location!
The pizza is really good. This is 8 out of 10 pizzas. Also, it was a very good salad bar 9 out of 10. Over 40 options on the salad bar. Reminds me of arcade pizza as a kid or maybe higher quality chucky cheese.
The service was amazing. Kenzie was our waitress. She made the experience even better. I would request her if you are a good tipper.
A couple of downsides.... pictures included.
There is dust and dirty walls all over. This is probably the only reason for a 4-star review instead of 5 stars. That and wobbly tables.
This place could use a deep clean.
I plan on including the pizza factory in my regular pizza rotation. It was a really good time. I would recommend it.

Food was flavorful and everyone got what they wanted. The fresh raspberry vinaigrette salad was mouth watering! Highly recommend trying it out!
When we got our food it was so cold that the noodles were too hard to eat! Would not recommend this pizza factory to anyone. Asked for a manager and they told me there wasn’t a manager there. Spent a lot for dinner for cold pasta!
I have gone to this location several times for ToGo orders. Every time I order and pay for a side of ranch, it’s forgotten. Today, I went there at 4:50 and when I got in my car and driving away, I tried the breadstick and it was hard and cold. There is no way they didn’t know. If I hadn’t been caught in holiday traffic I would have returned and asked for a new one or my money back. I’m tired of this location not caring about the quality of their ToGo orders.

I’m not gonna waste my time or yours. This place is a cash grab and the pizza is Chuck E. Cheese quality. Go try it for yourself if you want BUT don’t say I didn’t warn ya. :/

I ordered two pizzas and garlic bread based on pricing off their Google menu. Pizzas should have cost 8.95$ per and the garlic bread roughly 4.00$ when I got to the drive up we were charged 64$ what a bait and switch. Staff onsite told me that the company doesn’t have control over their Google profile. I will never be coming here again. I highly advise anyone else to double check what you’re ordering compared to the pricing on the menu.
