I have gone to this location several times for ToGo orders. Every time I order and pay for a side of ranch, it’s forgotten. Today, I went there at 4:50 and when I got in my car and driving away, I tried the breadstick and it was hard and cold. There is no way they didn’t know. If I hadn’t been caught in holiday traffic I would have returned and asked for a new one or my money back. I’m tired of this location not caring about the quality of their ToGo orders.

I ordered two pizzas and garlic bread based on pricing off their Google menu. Pizzas should have cost 8.95$ per and the garlic bread roughly 4.00$ when I got to the drive up we were charged 64$ what a bait and switch. Staff onsite told me that the company doesn’t have control over their Google profile. I will never be coming here again. I highly advise anyone else to double check what you’re ordering compared to the pricing on the menu.

I didn’t bother reading previous reviews because I’ve been going to pizza factory for years. Very poor service and the pizza came out cold. Just kinda gives the vibes that they really don’t care, now if this was little Caesar’s I wouldn’t even leave a review but when it costs 100 bucks for two pizzas and breadsticks with drinks you atleast expect decent/ hot pizza.
Please management do something I used to love the pizza factory

Walked in, no one helped us. I could see workers in the kitchen, cleaning up, and a waitress helping the only couple seated. Absolutely no one came to the front. We waited till the point of leaving because of how long it took. We’ll be going to brick oven from now on

What a great find while here in Spanish Fork. We're here for a family event and had a hungry crew. They make their own dough here, so yeah! Order some of those bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Pizza was amazing, as was the bow-tie chicken ceaser salad. Come check it out!
Parking: No problem with parking in front or the side.

Could be a bit nicer on the inside but other than that the food was amazing. I would rate it higher than any other Italian restaurant I've been to so far! Their Alfredo sauce has a lot of flavor and isn't bland like a lot of other Alfredos I've had. The waiter was also very attentive and I'd recommend getting the chicken Alfredo pasta lunch special with the bread stick.

Having gone to this place late last year, my friend and I stopped in for lunch today. Even the dim lighting can’t hide the dirt everywhere and smeared fingerprints on the pictures. Prices are very high. We each had a salad, and the lettuce was wilted and bitter. Our forks had to be replaced because there was dried food stuck on the first ones. Altogether, extremely disappointing and we will never go back.
