The drive-through lady was very quick to make sure I was done ordering. She didn’t look at me once. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. No good morning or how was your day. Definitely need to find someone who’s better at their job and being kind of people.

Tried to charge wrong price at window, I corrected them and instead of fixing it, I was met with attitude and an extra charge for a shelled egg... WTH?

It wasn't busy but our fries were old and cold. People working drive thru was friendly. Burger was ok. Not great. Seems as the the prices keep going up and the product keeps going down.
Bummer.

I was here on Saturday 9/27/2025 around 630pm. The young lady behind the counter was extremely patient with me and my kids and our indecisiveness. When the drink machine in the lobby was out of a drink my daughter wanted, this same person filled it up for her with the machine by the drive through window, something they did for a different customer before us. Another customer came in after this, they acknowledged her and let her know they'd be with her in a moment. They were putting together a big order. This lady wasn't happy about it. When they were ready to take her order all she wanted to do was chew them out. The staff was extremely patient yet again. The whole incident ended with this lady walking out in a huff with her two children. The Wendy's staff was professional, and this particular customer was out of line.

While I was in, there was an employee goofing on while on the clock with there friends I am all for having friends at work as long as it remains professional but while there friends where in they where using inappropriate words and where ignoring customers to talk with there friends instead

The drive through was a little bit slow. However, I appreciate the food being freshly cooked and not handed something quickly. That's been sitting there all day, so I'll take a slow drive through and fresh food over a fast drive through and old food.Any day!

The sweet Hispanic lady at the window took great care of us ( Didn't get her name) we did an online order and we needed a chocolate Wednesday frosty and she fixed it right away! She was also extremely friendly and welcoming!!!
