The drive through speaks are so loud, they will burst your ear drums.
Thankfully Sam was amazing and took my order through the window. His service is the only reason I’m giving top ratings. He is a gem with top notch service.
Note to management, please TURN DOWN THE VOLUME. I have been complaining a lot for a long time about this and it’s WAY TOO LOUD every time. It would not surprise me if it’s over 120 decibels…to where it causes hearing damage to customers. No other restaurant has this problem…but the Spanish Fork Wendy’s is so loud it literally might ruin your hearing. Anything over 120 decibels causes permanent damage.
If they refuse to fix it, I’ll drop my rating.

Kind staff and yummy food!
Tell the husky dude working the drive thru that it is ok to smile and be polite and it is not ok to treat customers like they are a burden. I should never leave a restaurant feeling like I am unwelcome. The serivce at this location is always slow and the employees are so rude. We sat at the drive thru window for over 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. I don't think I have had warm fries here in over 5 years.

I got the same salad hundreds of times every single time they mess it up somehow!!! I am very specific and want home style chicken, nope not tonight. After they handed it out to me and b I checked my order , I told them it was WRONG And they sent over a manager, seriously they couldn’t fix their problem, Guess not !! The manager asked for the wrong salad back, DIDN’T SHE GO THROUGH FOOD SAFTEY PROGRAM??? You NEVER TAKE FOOD BACK. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MESS UP …. And then to add insult to injury I paid over $ 9.00 for a salad What a joke ! It’s getting smaller and the price is going higher !! Needless to say. I’m done eating here

The staff were so patient, kind and helpful to a group of individuals that struggle with various abilities. The cashier especially went above and beyond to make the grouo feel welcome.

Charging for sauce now! C’mon
Went to get food on lunch break and couldn’t use the drive through due to driving a box truck. Quite literally stood in front of the register for 25 minutes while the line grew longer. The person running the register looked at me constantly, played air guitar and drums to a non-existent song and would walk away. Another customer walked in, skipped the whole line, jumped in front of me and was IMMEDIATELY helped. Person running the register began playing air guitar and drums again and walked away for another 10 minutes. Some people left the line. Finally was helped after 35 minutes of standing there. I do not recommend getting take out. Use the drive through.

Worker hanging out with friend smoking by the front door as people pass to go in. Loud music inside. Took over 20 mins to get food. Employees to busy worrying about music instead of making food.

The location is supposed to be open yet they never open their doors on time I have tried multiple time to get into this location and they don't have the doors open when they hit opening hours. Every time I have gone into this location the employees don't follow proper food handling procedures with ready to eat foods including the manager who I've seen making food talking on phones touching high risk areas of bacteria build up then touching ready to eat food right after with no gloves or washing his hands in-between these actions like is required as part of food safety. All of the employees constantly act overwhelmed and stressed as if they are running into too much work that they can't keep up with I have worked at a Wendy's before which was 2x busier then this location ever is and we were still able to stay cool calm collected and get order out in good time with little to no mistakes. The last complaint isnt even about every employee just one specific crew member who doesnt where a name tag so I wasnt able to identify a name but could point him out any time he is a major food safety concern I watched this boy pull the beef off the grill before the timers went off indicating the beef is cooked and when I got my food the burgers were still pink which is against company policy and a major food hazard. Other then all of that there are a couple people at this location that make the food good and still provide good customer service, I wish I could shout out the good employees but they dont require nametags at this location like my location in the past did so hats off to those few decent employees at this location take your potential where they will treat you your worth.
