Have been here a few times now and it’s been consistently good. Nothing special but seems healthy and tastes pretty good. The teriyaki sauce is good, prices are a bit high for a lot of white rice. I’d recommend the noodles more.

Love the food but, did not feel important tonight. I started I was gluten free only one staff member changed gloves. I then felt like an interruption while mid order, believe they were making drive up or to go orders while me bowls just sat there waiting to be finished until the original individual finally asked if someone was getting something for me! Which no one was.

Love the food. Dine in service should take priority over online orders. I waited 15 minutes in the front of the line with people behind me while order's were being filled. Maybe a crew that takes care of those and another crew to be attentive to the other customers. Food always good though.

Surprisingly amazing and fresh food! Really enjoyed steak tacos with the chili lemongrass sauce and chili lime aioli. The noodle bowl with streak and chili lemongrass was a big hit with my 13 year old. And their ‘agua fresca’ drinks are SO GOOD!

This location has the luxury of a drive through, however, I waited for my order for quite a while. You could see the inside counter and cash register. Someone came up to the counter ordered and got their food after I placed my order. They made my order after the inside customer left the counter. There were three workers that I could see working inside I'm not sure how they divide up responsibilities. Consumers: using this information maybe going into the resteruant might be faster or the inside customers are the priority over drive through. Most places have workers just for drive orders that would be my recommendation for this location.

My wife and I love Zao since we both required gluten-free meals. They use GF teriyaki sauce, and we always get their chicken brown rice/ rice noodle bowls, without crunchy onions. For some spice, I would recommend getting their tiger sauce. The rest of their menu items do contain gluten, but their normal rice bowls look small, but they are huge! We frequent Zao often, and our only complaint is their app and rewards needs some improvement. That shouldn't takeaway from how awesome the people who work here are, very welcoming and they keep their storefront tidy!
Love their chicken meatballs. I get a couple of sides of them and take those to the movies to replace ? Not very fast drive thru service, but they are always tasty ? and usually have good customer service. The inside is also usually very clean. I recommend.
Tall lady with the lip ring in the back of the store couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone to get more product for the employee at the front counter. We both stared back at her while she was leaning over the counter on her phone. She eventually got up(very slowly) while still staring at her phone before finally putting it down. That is gross and unprofessional.

Incorrect food given to us. We take back and tell them, instead of replacing with correct food they give us “extra” sauce which is only the correct sauce we ordered. With still incorrect food.

On of my favorite choices for “fast food”. Their food is Fresh with all clean and healthy options. I took my husband here and he really liked it which is saying something : ) I’ve dined in and gotten take out.
