The food was absolutely phenomenal. I wanted to lick the plate when I was done! We came back here twice despite all the other options in the neighbourhood and the chef even gave us extra sauce to take home, really amazing all around highly recommend!

This was the go to resteraunt and bar for me and my wife's Zion trip. Dinner was fantastic. Everything on the menu is delicious. Breakfast was amazing as well. Words can't describe how much we enjoyed the bar. The charcuterie board is a must try! The best part of the bar is the amazing conversations we had with the bartenders. James was phenomenal. He made me and my wife feel like we were locals. He recommended different trails and spots to see in the area, and we can't thank him enough. Alex on our last night also made us feel at home being a former STL native himself. Definitely recommend Añu and the Wilder Lounge to anyone who is in town and needs a place that feels like home.

Wow! What a fabulous dinner! The salmon with wild blueberry sauce may be the best salmon I’ve ever had in my life. The short rib was also delicious. Talked to the lovely chef, Sergio, who makes everything in house with the greatest of care. The Peruvian dessert was a recipe he brought from home. Amazing. Service by Nate was excellent and the views are just gorgeous. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Alex and James the two bartenders are fabulous. Very attentive and engaging unlike other bartenders that keep to themselves - we appreciate hearing their stories and we have enjoyable conversations. Good drinks. We didn’t eat there it was our daily nightcap after wonderful days of hiking Zion and Bryce. Hilton is a great place and the bar is fun. We will be back

Had a wonderful meal, first night in Zion. Danni was an excellent server. She made good recommendations. Burrata salad top notch, lamb was delicious as was the cold salmon and shrimp plate. Well worth the visit. Nice wine selection as well.

Great Sarzerac cocktails !
We had the potato cakes, the beet salad and the short rib with gnocchi!
The short rib meat was so succulent and the gnocchi was the best and made fresh!
For dessert we had the fantastic tres leches!
Highly recommend this restaurant!
