We visited this restaurant to have a nice dinner after hiking in Zion. The food was amazing, especially the risotto. We also tried one of the Utah wines they had available as well as the Pinot Grigio and they were great. The restaurant is within a hotel and although we did not see the mountains as it was at night, you can see them if you go during the day. The service was okay, attentive, and quick. It was strange that I was only given just a bit of ketchup for my fries in a small cup considering the fries size. I was also not given a knife to cut the burger and needed to ask for it, which is fine, but I found it interesting. This place is a solid 3.5 - 4/5. I recommend it for a good lunch to see the mountains, but if you go at night you won’t see much through the window.

We had a fantastic experience at Añu Restaurant. The service was outstanding. Our server (I believe her name was Beryl, I hope I’m remembering it correctly) was incredibly professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. When we asked for recommendations, she explained the dishes and ingredients clearly and helped us choose what to order.

She was also very attentive, whenever we needed something or were thinking about adding another dish, she seemed to arrive at just the right moment. We felt really well taken care of throughout the meal.

The food was excellent as well. We ordered three dishes and were impressed by the level of detail in each one. Even the fried rice had a great mix of vegetables and toppings: carrots, peas, corn, onions, peppers, and crunchy nuts, which gave it great flavor and texture. You can really tell the chef puts a lot of thought into the dishes.

Great service, delicious food, and a very enjoyable dining experience overall.

Highly recommend!

We went on Wednesday 3-4-26 @ 5pm. The weather was cold. Perfect time to go! The photos online looked great. So off we went. The food did NOT disappoint! Had the fried rice and chow mein. My wife had a salad and we had an appetizer that had short rib in it and it was chefs kiss :-). Ambiance was perfect and our server was timely, helpful and very courteous. I wish I remembered her name .

The food here is amazing! And so is the service. We had breakfast and dinner here and all the dishes were delicious! The best dish was the shrimp spaghetti, which came in a delicious bisque.

Wow! Beautiful menu. Fantastic presentation. The environment is clean, fresh, warm and classy. Extraordinary service and the food was so memorable. Thank you to, Sergio, for our remarkable pasta dish and lovely experience. Our waitress, Baylei, was so adorably welcoming. Thank you, Añu!

My entire experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff was friendly. Alex was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer all my questions about it. I had the ceviche and lomo saltado, as a recommendation. They were both delicious and I will be going back the next time I find myself in Springdale.

Great food, hostess (Brandi) was exceptional and very friendly but the service was deplorable. The waitress was spending all her time at a table of three men. My wife and I waited on our drinks forever and were never offered additional drinks Not the anniversary dinner we had planned. Absolute worst service ever!!!

The food that we did get was amazing!!
our reservation was at 7:45.
they didn't have cappuccino cox espresso machine was not working.
there were no fries.
there was no filet.
no strawberry or raspberry syrup for drinks.
However what was available to order was very good.
Hence the 4 stars.

The most average place we ate in Springdale. $28 for an average burger and fries and no ketchup as they'd run out (found out after ordering). The other dish we got was average. $10 for bottled water. It all just seemed a bit overpriced for what it was.

Best restaurant we tried in Springdale! We loved all of it - from the excellent service to the incredible food - it was a real treat for our last night of the trip! We tried several different items off the menu and enjoyed them all. The flavors are so unique and everything was excellently prepared. We had the beet salad, which was a great start, and then shared the Peruvian Seafood Rice. It was fantastic! Desserts were great as well. Thanks to Hallie, Alex, Baylei and the rest of the staff at Anu. Perfect evening!

If I could give this place more stars, I would 1000% would. Our server Alex was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was PHENOMENAL!!! If you order anything, an absolute MUST is their lamb. I even included a non-sexy photo of our eaten lamb just to show how perfectly cooked it was. Not only was it cooked perfectly, but it was fall off the bone tender which I’ve never had with lamb before, nor did I think it was possible with lamb, but these chefs know exactly what they’re doing. Not only was the texture of the lamb perfection, but the FLAVOR I can write another whole paragraph on. SOOOOO good!! If there was any dish my bf and I have ever shared , I think this was the one neither of us wanted to share, and we love sharing food with each other. Ok, onto the Peruvian Seafood Rice: delicious, perfectly portioned and balanced with nearly all the nutritious components of the food pyramid. The burrata was also great. I think I would’ve just liked to see a little more veggies, but otherwise no complaints. As for their tres leches, GET IT. I was surprised by the serving size because this was the perfect amount to share between my bf and I, and I eat a lot. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

We had high expectations for Añu based on the many positive Google reviews, but unfortunately our experience fell short. We booked a package through our hotel that included a massage and a four-course dinner. We had a reservation for 7:30 pm, but upon arrival it was clear the restaurant was quite busy with only one server working. It took about 15 minutes before we were seated and another 15–20 minutes before we could order, leaving us waiting with just water for quite a while.

When the food finally arrived, it was already after 8:15 pm, and we then learned that the restaurant actually closes at 8 pm. It’s unclear why reservations are still accepted so late. Because of the slow start, all courses were suddenly served at once. While we were still eating our starter, the second and third courses arrived. When we asked if our main course (salmon) could be kept warm in the kitchen for a moment, the server seemed surprised by our request.

In total, we spent about an hour rushing through four courses, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. The food itself was genuinely tasty, but considering the price, the overall experience was disappointing.
