We ate at Bit & Spur twice. Outstanding and fast service, and we were able to get our orders fast. Food was delicious!
I had made a reservation for my son's birthday, we showed up but the restaurant was closed. Shut down, no lights on. We had to scramble last minute to find another option. First time this has happened to me on open table.
We enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The Brie Quesadilla was delicious and had wonderful flavor combinations. The green chili pot pie was awesome. The sweet potato tamales were good with the pork, not so much with the mushrooms. Great dinner and great service.
Lovely place. Great mexican / southwestern cuisine. Service was very friendly and prices reasonable. Would certainly recommend
I had the chili verde pot pie which was amazing. They warned me that it would be spicy which is what you should expect since it is chili verde. It was just as good as it was 2 years ago. The place has a fun feel.
Had a great time at Bit and Spur on a girls weekend getaway. Portion sizes were very reasonable and a great variety of offerings. We shared several dishes so we could try more. Very cool atmosphere and service was great. Would definitely recommend for a great meal after a big day in the park!
What a great place to dine in Springdale. Terrific, upscale Mexican fare. My wife and I both had the Shrimp Tacos. 3 large, fresh shrimp in each taco. Perfectly prepared. Great drinks. Excellent service. Highly recommend you checking it out.
We enjoy going to Bit and Spur every time we visit Zion. Usually 6-8 times a year we vacation in Zion Canyon and enjoy a visit to this restaurant t every time. The food is amazing. The outdoor patio areas have great views of the mountains and there is live music on many nights. The food tastes amazing. It is a deluxe version of Mexican cuisine but not of the edge like some fusion restaurants. It is the perfect balance of traditional Mexican with a slight flair of fusion. The prices are very good and the margaritas are great.
Our cocktails tasty, skirt steak for me - ate it all and that never happens. Husband had a chicken pasta that was rich and savoury.
Nice service with a great balance of available but not in your face.
Solo cup patio lights and a massive pink mountain are the views.

Food was just okay, but maybe that is because I am biased living in SoCal. Ambiance and service were great, a bit overpriced as well.

Went in for a light meal but everything was made in-house , unique and delicious. Try the Brie quesadilla! The salad dressing on the house salad is also made in-house and so good.
This place has some of the best food I have ever eaten. We went back two nights in a row. We sat outside both nights, once on the deck and once in the back. Both areas are quiet with beautiful scenery. The first night I had tamales (one pork, one mushroom). My husband had pollo relleno. The flavors in both were exquisite. The second night we had beef satay appetizers and shared a southwest salad. The sauce on the satay was to die for. I want that recipe! Service was prompt and the servers were helpful and friendly. If we are ever back in Springdale, we will definitely eat here.

Steak and Carne Asada were both extremely overcooked. The beer and magarita were flavorless. The outdoor seating a beautiful though.

My favorite place to eat in Springdale! Their fresh fruit margaritas are so refreshing after a long day in the park. The tamales are my go-to dinner order and are always delicious! The service is great and staff is friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Zion!
