I have not visited other coffee spots in the area but these are some of the most expensive lattes I have seen. Good lattes but cmon, 8.50 for 16oz and +1.50 for different milk.
Visted in early November. They've got 2 options during the off-season: avocado bagel and overnight oats.

Amazing little find to fuel up before (or after) exploring Zion. Particularly enjoyed the menu offering fresh smoothies and a protein shake with a kick of coffee. Team are wonderful and work fast! View is not bad either!
