The cafe is NOT the same as Red Rock Grill. The cafe has prepackaged sandwiches, chips, soda and warmed up pizza. Coffee is ok but no actual cream, just coffee mate in various flavors so docked one star for that. Passable given limited options but really could do better with some freshly made food and real half and half for the coffee.

lol worst staff ever. Literally stood in front of the cashiers while they chat for a full minute before acknowledging your existence. Also food is horrible

Dang, the server today was surly. Went to buy a 12 oz cup of drip coffee, and was sold a 16 oz cup. I inquired about that, I was told they only had 16 oz cups today. I asked to be only charged for 12 oz. Was accused that I would steal., The counter attendant said she would fill our cups for us if we were to only buy 12 oz. I truly only wanted 12 oz and would have only put 12 oz in my cup. Coffee is hot and ok.

Pretty much fast food, so if you're in a hurry, it's ok. Be prepared to pay ballpark prices. There's no inside seating, so you're sharing the area with the people who are at the adjacent outside tavern which was usually full.
Lots of wasps, dirty. Very slow employees and the food was blend and overpriced

Gas station coffee, Starbucks prices. You’re better off drinking the stuff in your room.
The most incredible self-service cafe where you're asked for a tip after collecting your poor tasting food yourself. Shameless. Saved by the beautiful tree and lawn in the middle of Zion Canyon.

The only thing that’s worth it here is the beer after the narrows and relaxing on the grass nearby. Everything else was average. It’s really busy as they have a location where everyone passes going back down to the hotels. You’d think they would offer better food and expand or higher more employees as the place is packed!

Inside the park, Zion shuttle stop 5. We bought a slice of pizza and drink after a hike. The worst pizza that we had for the year.

Very quick service considering it is like the only place to eat! Everything was tasty, the prices were decent considering you are in a park.
The food was old tasting and didn't have much flavor. It was very expensive as well. There is a Red Rock Grill inside the lodge you can eat as well which we found out later after for spent $50 on a meal for 4 people. We wished we would have tried the grill instead.
Food is like cafeteria food, cheap and quickly made. Just because there is food on the menu, doesn't mean they actually have it or are serving it that day.
Rude & unprofessional manager/staff. I had asked for a refund for a poor breakfast & I was told by staff to leave my information and the manager would reach out to me. Over the next 2 weeks I called and left my contact information 3 different times with staff for the manager and never received a call or email despite promises of being contacted soon.
