Charlie is a gorgeous man who created a compelling level of enchantment from his genuine and gorgeous demeanor. It's hard to fall in love. But our table of four achieved unconditional love over the course of appetizers and entrées. By dessert, it was an effort to adopt him to our family.
Made a reservation weeks in advance and confirmed twice but our table was nearly 40 mins delayed. Hostess wasn't very pleasant and scolded us for having lollipops while we waited standing up for a very long time in a very crowded lobby. While we selected our flavors we were yelled at to ‘put the bowl back' which of course we were going to do. Restaurant is beautiful inside but the table overhead lights were much too bright and unable to be dimmed. Softer bulbs are needed to reduce the glare. Our server was very kind and personable but towards the end of the meal when we wanted the check he disappeared for over 20 minutes. He was clearly slammed with tables and we didn't hold it against him. The pasta dishes were mediocre. They are served with a heaping scoop of ricotta which takes away from whatever flavor was in the original pasta dish. We asked for a side of marinara to balance the pasta dishes that were covered in ricotta (lasagna, spaghetti marinara and rigatoni vodka sauce) but apparently that was a ‘big ask'. We were told the owner insists on it being served way and the kitchen is not in agreement on that presentation (so clearly we weren't alone in our assessment). According to the waiter he was yelled at in the kitchen for asking for the marinara and we were ‘lucky' to not be charged for it. Just bizarre all around. The Chicken Parm was very good. The bread service was also very good with a nice variety.
We stopped after a long day of hiking at Zion. It was so convenient and opened just as we were leaving the park (5-9pm open). Charlie was our server and provided 100/10 service! He was so patient and made great local recommendations that we got great use out of. He was so friendly and genuine and honestly made our entire trip to Zion! While we were only in town for a couple days, we've talked more about how great he was than some of our hikes we did! We highly recommend the fettuccine and the gelato & sorbet!
Amazing atmosphere and service from our waitress Sloane. The food was incredible. The tomato soup and grilled cheese really hit the spot on a rainy day.

Excellent food in an upscale setting. Seafood pasta was our favorite. Italian sausage pizza was good too.

Unfortunately, just as I read on the poorer reviews. Timing was off. Waited forever for our entrees which one , the mediocre Bolognese was Luke warm. Lasagna was ok, calamari and shrimp just ok. Cesar quite good. Not nearly up the price point, no matter the location. Seemed very pretentious.
Excellent food and possibly the best waiter we have ever had (shout out to Charlie!). This place has a great atmosphere and all their food items are hand made, mostly from scratch

We enjoyed our experience at Dulivia mainly due to the outstanding service of Nina, our delightful server. The food was good, but not great, and we would prefer more meat and fish choices.
Jt was amazing !!! Enjoyed everything there wish this was where I lived …

National Parks rarely have high quality dining options on their doorstep. That's to be expected: they are often far from larger supply chains, among other reasons. Zion seems to be the exception. There are a handful of very decent-to-good dining options in Springdale, and Dulivia is among the best of them, if not the actual best. Aside from the standard markup that should be be expected from any restaurant so close to a major tourist destination, there is nothing at all to complain about here. Consistently good food, consistently great service, unerringly fantastic location.

A very big and spacious restaurant. All staff were very friendly and professional. We were lucky to have been hosted by Charlie K. A very charismatic man who provided an excellent service.
My friend ordered the Seafood Linguini and I was impressed with the quality of the seafood. Big soft scallops and prawns. I had ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was very filling and tasty.
I would highly recommend the Grand Chocolate Cake (shared between two people). Although it was dense, it was also moist. Very enjoyable, considering that I am not much of a chocolate person.
