I’ve had a lot of Mexican restaurant food that was bland when taking out the dairy items and not having substitutions, but Oscar’s food was very flavorful even without such substitutions. The veggie enchilada, beans, and rice were all very flavorful, as was the side salad that was included. It was a huge portion, especially with the included salad, so it’s not a big deal that you have to buy chips and salsa if desiring those (I was actually glad I didn’t buy them because it would’ve been too much food!). My partner and I loved how much veggies were in our meals.
It was very crowded when I arrived for dinner, and I was worried about a possible wait. Well, we were seated immediately and served quickly! We were impressed.
It has a cute vibe, especially the outdoor dining area.

I really appreciated the labelled vegan options on their menu! However, it seems they just removed the cheese/sour cream from their vegetarian dishes without replacing it with a vegan alternative (the sweet potato burrito was a bit dry...). Servings (including wine pours) are very generous and prices are reasonable. They have a cute heated outdoor patio. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient even on a busy night.

At least 5-6 vegan options. I had the black bean salad and just omitted the sour cream. Excellent flavor with the nice pistachios addition.

We ate here after a beautiful day at Zion National Park while on our honeymoon! Their food is absolutely AMAZING! Would recommend 10/10 going! They were so sweet and gave us the most delicious dessert on the house! Food was sooo good! Great atmosphere and wonderful service!?

We LOVE Oscar’s! Every time we come to Springdale, which is often, we always look forward to our favorite restaurant here - Oscar’s! We literally don’t eat anywhere else! The food is the BEST! I don’t think we’ve ever had a meal that wasn’t amazing, and we’ve tried almost everything. The burgers are all to die for and our current favorite is the Mucho Nacho’s with chicken - huge, and amazing! The view is unbelievable, especially with the evening sunset on the nearby mountains of Zion. The people are so great, fun, friendly, and professional. We have loved all of our servers, but especially Sean and Tanzy! The manager Holly is the nicest person you’ll ever meet and we look forward to seeing her whenever we visit because she always makes it a point to come out and see how we are doing and catch us up on what’s new in town. The restaurant staff all love working there because she makes everyone feel appreciated and loved. So basically we love Oscar’s because we feel like family and it’s the best food in town!

Popular spot in Springdale for the good food and service all reasonably priced. We did a takeout dinner and ate breakfast there during our 5 days in Springdale. Highly recommend the ribs!

Great experience coming here after Zion. We used to come here a lot when I was growing up and though I hadn’t been in probably over 10 years, it was as good as I remember. I got the pastrami burger and mixed fries. We also ordered the chips, salsa and guacamole for an appetizer- A MUST. So good I actually took the left overs home and was so happy to eat them again later hahaha.
I had my baby with me which when places are busy I sometimes feel extra tense that people are silently annoyed at me bringing a child in but the waitress was super nice and helped me figure out an easy food to feed her (they had beans and rice…I had a few bites and it was crazy good haha not low-sodium, that’s for sure but good in a pinch if you have a hungry kid!). The waitresses were also so personable and making my baby smile and laugh and everyone was so nice.
Even though parking is a nightmare, I’ll definitely try and come back every trip to Zion!
