Easy safe ordering, tasty salsa and chips. Yummy Margarita and pretty decent Mexican food. Not the cheapest restaurant but pretty good value for your money. I think Springdale is just a tourist town and it shows in their restaurants.

I don't need 100 characters to tell you that this was the best burrito with carne adovada I've ever had. Besides that, awesome view and very friendly people.

Rosita's was great, albeit expensive for what you get. My burrito was delicious, but it was $14 without any rice, beans, sides, etc. Everything is Al a carte. That being said the food was terrific and the outdoor seating has such a beautiful view!

Delicious! 7/7 in our party were completely satisfied. Nachos are really good, hearty. Ever in Springdale you have to give it a try!

Fantastic atmosphere. Busy night when we went (6:00pm), so tables were hard to find. Food was good, although the pozole (5/5) was much better than the burrito (3/5).

Warm chips with salsa, guacamole and queso. The pozole was tasty! Servings were generous. Friendly people, lovely surroundings. We will return!

We stopped by back in August after visiting Zion. This place is a gem. It is true Santa Fe cuisine which is different from Mexican food. The hatch chiles are what make the difference. The out area is amazing and so kid friendly. We tried nachos, posole, tacos and the best cookies ever. The set up is fun easy and you can take as much time as you want or make it a quick stop. The staff is laidback super friendly, really everything your looking for in a great spot.

Great stop for authentic Mexican food. Beautiful setting and ample outdoor seating. You can't beat the surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
