I stood at the host desk for over 15 minutes and watched the staff walk by without a hi, acknowledgement, or “there’s a wait.” They need to work on simple customer service and courtesy. I finally left after not even getting a head nod or hello.

We stopped by Scout Bar and Grill at Red Cliffs Lodge and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our server Matt. His service was top notch, attentive, friendly, and genuinely accommodating.
We had our dogs with us and Matt made sure we were set up perfectly on the outside patio, which is enclosed and dog friendly. It made for such a relaxed meal knowing our pups were welcome and comfortable.
Now, let me tell you about the garlic truffle fries. GET THEM. Seriously. They might be the best fries I've ever had, and that aioli dipping sauce is next level. I could eat it with a spoon.
Between Matt's fantastic service and the incredible food, we're already planning our return trip. If you're in the area, don't miss this spot and ask for Matt!

Regular service average food.
Staff was friendly, however noticeably stressed. Drinks were good but pricey. Food was ridiculous, Smoked Fries Chicken platter that was just two large chicken fingers. Mac and Cheese with no cheese!

Put my name on the waitlist and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Almost an hour later I went back to the host stand to see how much longer it would be and the hostess said that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. Terrible customer service. I would have rather been told from the start that we wouldn’t be able to get a table rather than after an hour wait.

The best dining experience in Zion & Bryce Canyon areas by FAR!! Morning shift server Briana was thoughtful, pleasant, and super helpful. We had the best Thanksgiving brunch there!

Lovely food, atmosphere, and service
We had a great meal here after a day of hiking in Zion. The Huckleberry Mule and BBQ brisket platter were both delicious! My favorite meal of our trip here

Really great spot for food and drinks. Very well appointed and loungey bar area. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us frequently to make sure our food was good and that we were enjoying our meal.

Great outdoor views. Service was good. Live music on weekend was great. Chicken dinner and brisket nachos were tasty. Loved the spritz.

The food was delicious but I wanted to compliment on the server.
Her name is Tabby and she is very sweet and helpful. She remembered what we ordered 2 days before and made sure we got the order right. We were very pleased to see her each time we were there. Very hard working and always smiling!
Thank you Tabby ❤️
