This place is a cute fast food pit stop first spot right outside the Zion visitor center entrance. Friendly staff and customer restrooms with a key code upon request, spacious outdoor patio dining, adjacent to A Slice of Zion pizza joint inside subway.
Vegetarian options: Veggie delight. Salad chips. Cooler and fountain drinks. Veggie patty.
Kid-friendliness: I always come here and the kids love it's easy menu.

The subs and staff are great, but multiple employees reported that they do not receive tips left on credit and debit card transactions. This is extremely unethical and, depending on local law, potentially illegal. Thus, if you eat here, be sure to leave a cash tip or not at all.
Edit: Owner disputes this. Hopefully it isn’t true, but if employees were receiving the tips why would they encourage customers not to leave a tip?

The young man making my salad did a great job! He didn't skimp on the toppings and loaded the bowl as full as possible. The salad was delicious, everything was fresh.

A normal subway sandwich, some people might think it is expensive but all food at national parks is expensive in a tourist zone. We thought the prices were normal for the location. Employees were not rude and seemed normal to me.
