I can forgive slow service. I can forgive a wrong order. But I can’t forgive being ripped off.

For about three minutes, the guy kept swiping my card, saying, “It doesn’t work. Want me to keep trying?” I told him no and offered cash, but he kept swiping anyway. Said here. But kept swiping. Finally, he handed the card back, took the cash, gave me my receipt, and I left.

Something felt off, so after getting gas, I locked the card. Sure enough—charges appeared at 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. and after a day, each with separate transaction numbers. Canceled the card and ordered a new one. 😮‍💨

I tried to make a huge online order for a gathering we were having. I didn't have time to run in there and wait for them to get it done. It was way over $100 so the online portal said I had to call in my order. I called and a lady answered. I told her I had a huge order that the portal wouldn't take because it was so big. She got into a debate with me that it is not possible to take over the phone orders. I said "well your website says to call in if it's over $100" she said "oh no, that's not us, we would never do that" I asked her to maybe see if her manager knows anything about it. She said "I AM the manager" so after a even longer debate from her as to why they don't take orders over the phone, I just hung up. So long manager, you lost a huge sale today!

Still a great Arby's location IMO. Carnivore/seed oil reaction hack for anyone looking for one - get the Half Pound Roast Beef. Toss the bun.. This is one of the few items that isn't tainted by seed oil.
