Ordered in the drive thru, when we picked up our drinks at the window, my coffee drink was made without coffee. I went in to ask them to correct it and the barista I spoke with was rude and stated I ordered it that way, then handed me a random different drink from the counter. The second drink was a completely different drink than what I’d ordered. Didn’t care to give them a third chance to mess my order up, and wish I’d never wasted my money here. I’ll stick with the Spanish fork location from now on.

Better than Starbucks by far but still just a big chain. Blended tastes more like a frosty than coffee. They need to up their espresso game. I only go there if I have no other choice. Try to keep my money local.

Poor service. I read the reviews and saw what appears to be a computer generated response. It’s a shame, the Springville location is the only one I have had a poor experience with. I’m willing to pay what ever extra to get what I want. But they refuse and I won’t go back

I like beans and brews but this location is consistently rude and consistently gets orders wrong. The Spanish fork location is better and friendlier even with new baristas.

I have been going to this particular Beans and Brews (and other locations) for several years and I always get a black iced tea (at ALL locations) with a little mango smoothie puree in my drink. I have never had an issue getting this drink but today (and another time recently) have encountered a new manager that refuses to serve me this drink. I politely asked her why all other employees and every other location makes my drink & she said she is the manager and apparently the only employee who enforces a corporate rule out of all locations. I highly doubt that is the case if she’s the only one out of locations all over Utah. Also, in the past I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese to go and they said they aren’t allowed to put the cream cheese on the bagel but that they could put mustard on a toasted sandwich. Very strange.

Joe’s in Spanish Fork is SO much better and have better tea and better bagel sandwiches.

Do not waste your money here, the machines are rarely serviced and the employees do not care about their product. Management likes to vape in the back closet and provides minors with alcohol. -coming from someone who was underage while working there, and my manager in springville invited me to parties where we all drank together. This is an unsafe environment filled with lies, drama, and gossip and I do not suggest working there, unless you’re willing to turn a blind eye to the manager taking too many breaks, vaping in the walk in fridge and closet, and picking favorites. Upper management knows about this but chose not to act on it, so I’m finally speaking out publicly.

Personally, I've never been here. But the reviews have me dying of laughter and franky I would love to sample the delightfully divisive brew just to partake in the roast of this roast though I'm certain it tastes like most other coffee. Dark, bitter and filled with disappointment, much like the reviewers.

They definitely did not add the 3 shots of espresso into my chai latte. 0 taste of espresso and tasted like a regular chai latte. I even tipped 3 extra dollars which is undeserved just to expect for them to do their job. (They didn't) I am very disappointed and I won't be back. Now I have to go get my caffeine I need for today from Starbucks or another coffee shop. 12.71 including a 3 dollar tip for mediocrity is unacceptable.

Came here to get my son and I some breakfast and they served us cold egg sandwiches. That should speak volumes on how they treat customers

This is my favorite coffee shop and I’m a regular, every single morning customer. Love the staff and my favorite drink is the revolver. I just wanted to share that recently I’ve been getting my drink and it’s a lot like drinking straight creamer. It’s supposed to have 6 shots of espresso but seems to have at most 3. ? I love you guys and maybe it’s just the newbies which I can understand. I’m attaching the photo of my revolver from springville this morning (left) and then my revolver from spanish fork right after (right), because I’m a pushover and couldn’t say anything to the baristas. Just a heads up, please put all the espresso in the drink. ?

The cold brew tasted like hand sanitizer. Nice guy at the window though.
