Wow! Burgers are great. They are big and loaded with toppings. The fries are cooked to perfection. Fry sauce is great. And the onion rings!! Yum. Great prices. Staff are very friendly and the place is super clean. Wish they had Coke products. This is what Springville needed!! Nice change from all the pizza places!

The burger was really, really delicious. My one complain is that the fries were way too salty to enjoy, if they were less salty, I’m sure it would be really good. We had to shake off a lot of the salt off when we got home and even after 10 minutes, it still has a lot of salt to it. I would really like to try this place again if they consider adding less salt to their fries. Overall, the burgers were really good and we did enjoy them a lot.

Burger Spot might serve okay food, but the treatment of their employees is appalling. A particular manager, Pamela, consistently yells at the staff, creating a toxic work environment. It's disheartening to see such poor management overshadow the dining experience. I can't support a place that treats its employees so poorly. Avoid Burger Spot until they address their internal issues and start treating their team with the respect they deserve.

Nice place for a simple burger meal.
As the menu says, orders come with fries and a drink, making this a solid value for a made to order lunch. Is it a fancy pants chef burger? no. But it's not pretending to be. It's a nice griddle burger at a good price with fries and a drink in a tiny room with 3 or 4 tables.
Fries were fresh and tasted good. Onion rings were battered and tasted fresh. Counter service was friendly and answered our first timer questions with a smile. No complaints, would come back.

From my first experience here I would say that the inside was really not comfortable to sit down and enjoy a meal. Also too many employees standing around. The food was great and I would order from this location again and take it to a park.
The banana pepper burger was amazing. The fries are perfect and salty. The staff are really personable and the place is small but clean. The best thing is that the cost is for the burgers. The meal comes with free fries and a drink .

I've gone to the Burger Spot too many times for me to count and every single visit it has been an excellent experience. If you are tired of eating the same old boring burgers from Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, etc. Then grab your keys and drive over to the Burger spot where you will taste some of the best burgers in town.
The menu is simple, the service friendly and prompt, and the burgers are really good. Please give this little place a try.
