Carlos was our server, he gave us incredible service, The food was amazing, enchiladas were delicious, Large portion. Shrimp tacos were fantastic, nachos were big, great flavor profiles, corn bowl has awesome flavors. We watched all of the different dishes coming out for other tables, this restaurant has phenomenal presentation of their food. Definitely we will be going back to this restaurant again, I hope that we can get Carlos.
We watched the cocktails coming out in smoking containers so they could serve the cocktails to the guest, everything that we saw at the other tables was off the charts in presentation.

Drove almost 1hr to give this establishment a try only to leave disappointed.
I was craving a good “chicharrón” and this one was bland, cold and not cook to perfection. The margarita was terrible - a drink not easy to mess up, it really lacked all the main flavors.
Carlos, my waiter was super nice and attentive. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

About two years ago, I discovered Casa Salvaje, a Colombian restaurant in Murray, thanks to a friend’s recommendation. I am Colombian, for that reason , I decided to try it. From my first visit, I was satisfied with the variety of traditional Colombian dishes and the warm service—every server was Colombian, which made the environment feel authentic and trustworthy.
Although I don’t go often because it’s far from where I live, I always enjoy the experience when I do. However, I had stopped visiting for a while because the prices kept going up, and I felt some financial pressure. Still, less than a month ago, I returned to try the bandeja paisa again, and I was surprised by the positive changes. The decoration is now much more modern, and the presentation of the food is beautiful—almost like a product you'd see in a gourmet magazine.
While the prices are higher than the average restaurant, the quality of the food and service makes it a smart long-term investment for any food lover. The new staff, including the manager, were extremely kind and attentive. The atmosphere felt like a small paradise, and the service was one of the best I’ve experienced recently. Compared to its competitors, Casa Salvaje stands out not only for its food but also for the energy and care put into every detail. It's not a fake version of Colombian culture—it's the real thing.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Casa Salvaje to anyone, Latino or not, who wants to enjoy great food in a welcoming environment. It's an experience that stays with you, and it’s worth every dollar spent.

We ordered La Picada and the Rebeye Steak. La Picada was the perfect dish where you can sample all the meets and goodies Colombian food has to offer. The Rebeye was hands down the best steak I’ve had, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also ordered the strawberry and ice cream for dessert. Once again we were surprised with the presentation of the dessert and the flavors. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Casa Salvaje is a fun date! The Molcajete Salvaje came out sizzling—steak, shrimp, pork, and crispy chicharrón all piled high like a party in a bowl. The empanadas? Best I’ve had in a long time. Even the little salad with strawberry was fun and fresh. And the drinks… I won’t spoil the surprise, but you’ll smile. Lively vibe, friendly faces, and food worth coming back for again and again!
