A great place to stop when in Utah!

This is one of the original restaurants, no woke changes.

This location used to be a lot better! It’s super sad to see a restaurant start to go down. The food has gotten so bland and not cooked properly. Cracker Barrel used to be a place that was quite different from other places, now it’s just a carbon copy of any basic place.
Why would anyone go out to eat, when it just tastes like something you can make on your own?

It’s a Cracker Barrel! Huge portions if you like that, plenty on the menu. Staffed by inexperienced kids and the kitchen was slow

I no longer feel welcome here and we won't be back. This company won't last much longer with the new ceo. Another classic gone

Got here at 10:14a. We were told a 20-minute wait. At 11: 10a, we sat down. At 11: 30a we were served drinks. We have church at noon so we won't be coming here on Sundays again. When the food was finally brought out at 11:45a they had forgotten the meal for my 8-year-old. At this point we got everything to go and left.

While walking through the gift shop, a different customer with a service dog was waiting at the cashier. My 5-year-old reached over to pat the dog, the woman slapped her and said 'don't touch my dog'. I told the woman to please not touch my child' and I let my child know that If dog is wearing a vest, then they are a service dog is on a job and cannot be petted. This woman became more aggressive and said my child did do something wrong, but she stood down when my friend walked up next to me and then stormed away.

We had come to celebrate my kids first week of school and we will never come here again

We used to eat here regularly, but won’t be returning until CB returns to its roots and restores its logo and ends its woke nonsense.

Honestly, I love this place, but we waited for an hour and a half for our food, and 45 minutes just for our drinks. When we finally got our food, it was cold and the sausage was still pink in the middle. The food at the four tables around us was pink as well. When we told our waitress, she said she talked to the manager to discount it, but it was still the same price. When we walked out, we were at the gas station next door. I don't think he was even there to ask him. We will not be going back.

Long time customer. I used to really love everything about Cracker Barrel but am changing my review. This place has gone downhill. The girl seating people was rude twice. Once being irritated with us when after only 10 mins of an expected 20 min wait all our party hadn't arrived yet and then said we couldn't sit until everyone had arrived and then again when we sat I forgot to count the baby in the carseat so she had to find us a sling and made it a point to correct me that I had counted wrong 🙄. Then it took us over an HOUR to get our food after we ordered and when finally arrived it was terrible! Daughters fried shrimp was burned and so crispy even the shrimp under the bread was crusty, my fries were soggy, MIL meatloaf was slimy and undercooked with no sauce on top, husbands chicken fried steak was so chewy he couldn't cut through it with his knife. After hearing about the logo and interior changes coming from the CEO we really hoped this visit would redeem, but alas, EVERYTHING was disappointing. We will not be back.

I had never been to a Cracker Barrel before. The food was so delicious. They were busy, but we were seated and our food brought out quickly. Our server was Matt and he was amazing. Everything was perfect!
