Very disappointed. We waited 45 minutes even though there were several tables open. We paid nearly $30 per person and told it was “all you can eat” however we were only offered 3 meats and 3 sides, definitely not all you can eat (Even though the table next to us was never refused anything.) We received sticky dishes from a very dirty and unkept kitchen. The grills were covered in tin foil which was weird and would peel up when picking up the meat. All the sides we ordered were completely forgotten and we had to remind the only 2 servers multiple times. Not to mention the amount of smoke clouding the whole building was not only gross but dangerous, left us with burning eyes and heavy lungs. The service was horrible with one slow server and the other not knowing how to speak English and constantly being overly passive aggressive (she would grab my chop sticks, run around the restaurant, and yell across the store.) Both servers were irritated and rushed. When it was finally time to leave, we were thrown the check and rushed out the door. Won’t be coming back and neither should you.
Worst Korean BBQ in UtahLow quality, waiter won’t give us bbq sauce or salt
We went there for dinner on a Monday thinking that it won't be busy and we'll have a good service. So we went in, and there's only one table occupied and us. Food selection is very few but they are well seasoned and tasted good. The server didn't check on us so we have to call her attention when needed on refill of dish or drinks. There was only 1 server that time. Our grill wasn't replaced so we're eating food with burnt pieces ?. We have eaten here couple of times but I think service is always not the greatest. I really think they need to improve their service especially when place is busy but overall, I think it's ok on slow times.
What a rip off. $15 for not a handful of steamed and barely seasoned meat and old dry veggies. Terrible value
Thas is a family favorite of ours!! Always the best quality food, and always feels authentic! I would definitely suggest it for anyone who loves Korean food :)
I do not say this lightly! Hands down, this is the best restaurant in all of Utah County! I've become addicted (which isn't good for my wallet). I've tried several different Korean BBQ restaurants all over Utah and this one, without a doubt, has the best menu and quality of food. The short ribs have yet to even come close to being matched by any other restaurant. They are the most tender and flavorful pieces of meat I've ever eaten in my life. They have the best tasting and biggest selection of sides over any other place I've been. The cucumber kimchi and beef bulgolgi are also to die for! The owner barely speaks a word of English, which made ordering and asking questions very frustrating before she had help, but now she has waitresses who speak English, so it's not a problem at all anymore. I can't recommend this place enough!
NEW OWNERS IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. EGA (now called Fusion Asian Grill) went through a transition because of COVID, and a new owner took over and it is INCREDIBLE!!!!Top of the list for me in Korean BBQ. And trust me, my wife and I have been to all of them in Utah. The side dishes are awesome, and the seasoning of the meat is OUTSTANDING.Must try.
Really sweet lady who was running the place. Some of our group did the all you can eat which was pricy at around $20 a person. (at lunch time) it was delicious food and fun to grill your own food in the middle of the table.
Used to come here a lot and the service was fantastic. The food is pretty comparable to other Kbbq restaurants in the area, and the atmosphere of the smaller dining space is nice. I had such good experiences with great staff. However, the last four times I've gone we've paid the expensive prices for all you can eat, and then we've been told we can only pick 5 things (meat AND sides), and then the staff disappears and can't be found for refills. The atmosphere seems strained when asking for things like more meat, lettuce, even dipping sauces. Even our group of four was told we couldn't have more than 5 items, including rice and sauces, and they were sparsely filled when brought out. It's ridiculous to call it all you can eat (and charge $30/person) when you're limiting it like this, and then cutting corners to save some money on each costumer. Won't be back.
Very clean place with delicious and authentic Corean cuisine, Very reasonable prices for food. Huge portions. Ordered kimchi soup and thought that's gonna be my appetizer, but portion is big enough for 2 adults.

E-Ga is one of the pleasant surprises found within the Utah Valley. The meal and the services were cultural experiences that i did not expect to find.Thank you, for being gracious hosts!
This is an okay place for Korean BBQ. There are plenty of options for meat and appetizers. The flavors aren't always the best, though. I found Ombu Grill in Orem has a wider selection of dishes and better marinated meat. However, E-Ga is fine for a fast, slightly cheaper option.
The atmosphere is the most authentic I have experienced. Our waitress was Korean and spoke very little English. She, however, understood English well enough that we had no problem making our order. THE FOOD WAS REALLY THEME ORIENTED AND EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!!!!! We will be back.
Supper yummy. Totally worth the price imo
A lot of people have vented about the high price of $30 per person, which is a valid reason to be frustrated, especially when it used to be cheaper. But I'd like to add my two-bits that the food was excellent. The seasoning/marinade on the meat was really tasty. We wouldn't eat here frequently for that cost, but for a Father's Day outing with the family, it was worth it.The manager was nice. She has a heavy accent and I feel like she was giving us space to talk with each other, so her interactions were short, which could be mistaken for not being friendly. But if you pause to talk with her, she was very sweet. I'd rate it more a 4.5. The few things that I'd say could be better is if there was a way to clean the grill. Near the end of cooking the meat, the grill was coated with charred marinade and meat. It didn't interfere too much with the results, but still felt like it got a little in the way.
