For quite a while now ever since about 2 weeks after Eco Tacos opened, I have been going at least once a week, have gone there with groups of friends, their unique take on the Tijuana style street tacos were truly different from most of the other good food trucks and other places I like in the valley.
I told lots of friends about it and have spent a good amount of money there, but sadly I went tonight at about 7:45 and the lights were off, doors were locked, and it looked like things hadn't been in use for a couple days.
I guess there's not a final confirmation yet, but appears that they are closed, as their Lindon location Mr. Eco says permanently closed on the website.
If that is the case and the owner(s) read this, thanks for opening a great place, I'm sorry you weren't able to keep it going in the tough market right now, you were fantastic ?

This place is a hidden gem. We came for tacos on Taco Tuesday. We definitely will be back. The meats were tender and flavorful. The salsa was so good. My only complaint is no salsa bar. They fix the tacos for you. Tacos were reasonably priced, you aren’t over paying for street tacos like some places do because of their decor with that being said atmosphere was a little low budget but not a deal breaker for me. Awesome place. I recommend Adobada and cuerito tacos!

Don't waste your money, the food quality is bad. The owner opened a new one in Lindon so this location has been forgotten. It was quite dirty and my husband got sick due to them not cooking the chorizo all the way. Even though the street tacos are priced just right, it's a no go. The tacos were cold even though we were the only ones in there at 3 pm. I have been watching the one in Lindon and no one goes. It's called Mr. Eco but the font makes it look like a Chinese place. He put it right next to a Don Joaquin, that was a bad choice they are always packed and none comes to him. He needs to work on his food quality, texter and Flavor. If a simple taco with no dressing can hold its own then it is not a good place to eat. Work on the simple things first!!!! Before you grow.

Today was my first time coming here and this is the best-priced taco place I’ve found, and it’s so much better than the other places I’ve tried. They have a Tijuana taco that I tried, and it was amazing. It’s a little like a street taco but on a whole different level. The birria tacos are also on a whole different level; they are so good. I’m pretty sure it was the owner who helped me, and he was really nice. I’m definitely coming back.
Side note: I’m going to tell all my coworkers about this place because it’s a new favorite of mine and what I’m really most excited about is that they sell meat by the pound. You get 10 tortillas and the sides for $26. They also have a 20x30 deal: 20 street tacos for $30, which is an outstanding deal because a place in Provo charged over $80 for a their family pack of 20 tacos.

My husband is from Mexico so he is a good person to ask whether or not food is authentic or not and he rated this 5 stars. We got the Quesabirria combo and it was so delicious! The lady helping us was also hilarious and we had great service. We will definitely be back!!

I tried the Mr. Eco Quesadilla with carne asada and it was delicious!Service was super friendly and made me feel like I was part of the family. Whatever you need, they will take care of you.Great place for Mexican food if you are in the area.

I tired Eco Taco for the first time today, and it definitely hit the spot! I got the chorizo street tacos and the onions, cilantro, and salsa tasted really fresh! I also really liked the meat and it tasted homemade, but it a good way. My only wish is that they had a salsa bar, while I liked the salsa the tacos came with I enjoy a bit more heat in my salsa and it would’ve been nice to pick my own. I would definitely come back to try other items on the menu!
