Ordered a turkey wrap. Got one slice of turkey amongst a sea of not turkey. Not sure how they get by calling it a turkey wrap. Very disappointed. I ate the whole thing and there really wasn't turkey further down. I've included a picture of 6 Oz of turkey for reference, wich is how much they claim it had in it.

I have been a loyal customer of Ginger's Cafe for a long time I ordered lunch all the time there and spend a lot of money. Well today I had a disappointment. I went to pick up our food I had ordered and there was a line out the door. I went in and picked by the counter and told the guy I'm here to pick up my order he said your orders ready but you're going to have to wait in line while I take these other people's orders. There was about eight people in line. One of my orders with a hot chicken sandwich. When I got up finally to the counter I said is there a better way to do this so I don't have to wait in the long line I ordered specifically by phone so I wouldn't have to go through this. He didn't apologize for anything I was very upset with him. He was very adamant about what I would have to do. I paid for my food I did not leave a tip and I usually leave at $2 tip. And I left . When I got home my son's chicken sandwich was cold. I'm so mad and would like to talk to the manager about what happened. I don't think I'm ever going to go back there again. He did not care that I was upset at all he was very firm and his attitude. People like him don't care about their customers. He could have just took my card and said excuse me to the customer waiting and explain to them I'd already placed my order and just need to pay for it that is ready to go
Incredible food and atmosphere, everything is dairy free and tastes amazing!

I love a Buddha bowl, but the one I got here was one of the most flavorless dishes I've ever eaten in my 13 years of being vegan. I paid an extra $2 for 4 literally crouton-sized falafel pieces, which is ridiculous. I wanted to like this place, but man, the Buddha bowl was disappointing. I hope their other food is better.

Delicious and healthy food. Love that you can do half salad and half sandwich. The salad portions are huge, even the half one. Service is not fast so be patient.

Their food is delicious. They are extremely safe with handling a gluten allergy, their sandwiches are so good and fresh, my kids love the food and always ask when we are driving through springville next!! Their gluten free coconut oat cookie is the best cookie i have had and does not taste gluten free!!

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for healthy or vegetarian/vegan options or if you just like delicious food! I tried the falafel burger and it was super yummy with the mango chutney on top. The staff was super kind and helpful and the vibes of the place were really nice. They also sold local artisan crafts/goods which I thought was really cool! I was pleasantly surprised by this place.

There's a sign that says they don't serve fast food, they serve fresh food, but it will be worth the wait. This is mostly correct. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious (just one bite of the fries won me over). My kids ate nearly every bit of their meals, most of us exclaimed in delight at the first taste, and we all shared a refreshing smoothie. But the service was actually pretty fast! The kids didn't even have enough time to whine about being hungry before the food started to arrive. If you need a healthy meal that tastes just as good as (or better than) an unhealthy one, you can't go wrong here.

Stopped in while in town and had a delicious, healthy meal in this cozy and cute little spot. The food is fresh and beautifully plated. I love the vibe and atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We tried to Thai lettuce wraps with the teriyaki chickn burger with a side salad. All were perfect! I would have tried the vegan lavender coconut cake, which looked divine, but didn’t have enough room. I would definitely eat here all the time if I lived in the area.

Delicious and great vibe, love the healthy options and the food came quick.
I love this little Springville Oasis. The staff is awesome. (Even though they inform you of the gluten free snack/desserts options, so you spend more...lol) I am not complaining they were awesome.
