I’m so glad we stopped here on our way up the canyon. Such great food and experience all around. I got the Buddha Bowl and my Mom got the falafel salad and soup. Yummmy. What a cute place. Such a gem in Springville

A gem (and it's in Utah County!!). Farm-to-table fresh seasonal menu with smoothies and salads and chicken burgers and THE BEST VEGAN RANCH ever. Seriously, it's their wifi password because they know it's that good. We aren't vegan, but the ranch is creamy and light and perfect. And the apocarthy vibes with Christopher's Herb Shop in the back is adorable. The book selection is questionable, but everything else is amazing!

The food is excellent here. I have had a hard time finding healthy restaurants that aren’t overly expensive and provide great food and service. Ginger’s goes above and beyond in all these aspects. I love their barbecue burger, the combination of spices and ingredients make the best veggie burger I’ve ever had.

Ginger's was a lovely place to stop for a fresh meal during our drive from Idaho to Colorado.

Feels like stepping into a secret garden. The lemon ricotta pancakes are insanely fluffy with the perfect tangy-sweet balance, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice tastes like actual sunshine. Sat on the hidden back patio surrounded by flowers and didn’t want to leave. The avocado toast with heirloom tomatoes and balsamic glaze is another winner. Everything feels fresh and made with love. Staff is so warm and they even brought my dog water without asking. My new favorite brunch spot in Provo.

My husband & I were passing through and was so excited to find such fantastic vegan options. We planned to spend the day driving and looking at Fall leaves so we chose several items from the menu plus each soup options. Everything was so tasty that we couldn't decide what our favorite item was. Also, the herb shop and the community fridge gave us reasons to love Ginger's Garden Cafe even more!

I've eaten here many times, I love that they have so many vegan dishes and they're all delicious! The cafe has a great earthy vibe too, with some cool little shops upstairs.

I honestly had the best sandwich of my life here (Turkey sandwich). Atmosphere is nice and chill, service is good and they've got free cold hibiscus tea as self-serve.

Ordered a turkey wrap. Got one slice of turkey amongst a sea of not turkey. Not sure how they get by calling it a turkey wrap. Very disappointed. I ate the whole thing and there really wasn't turkey further down. I've included a picture of 6 Oz of turkey for reference, wich is how much they claim it had in it.

I have been a loyal customer of Ginger's Cafe for a long time I ordered lunch all the time there and spend a lot of money. Well today I had a disappointment. I went to pick up our food I had ordered and there was a line out the door. I went in and picked by the counter and told the guy I'm here to pick up my order he said your orders ready but you're going to have to wait in line while I take these other people's orders. There was about eight people in line. One of my orders with a hot chicken sandwich. When I got up finally to the counter I said is there a better way to do this so I don't have to wait in the long line I ordered specifically by phone so I wouldn't have to go through this. He didn't apologize for anything I was very upset with him. He was very adamant about what I would have to do. I paid for my food I did not leave a tip and I usually leave at $2 tip. And I left . When I got home my son's chicken sandwich was cold. I'm so mad and would like to talk to the manager about what happened. I don't think I'm ever going to go back there again. He did not care that I was upset at all he was very firm and his attitude. People like him don't care about their customers. He could have just took my card and said excuse me to the customer waiting and explain to them I'd already placed my order and just need to pay for it that is ready to go

I love a Buddha bowl, but the one I got here was one of the most flavorless dishes I've ever eaten in my 13 years of being vegan. I paid an extra $2 for 4 literally crouton-sized falafel pieces, which is ridiculous. I wanted to like this place, but man, the Buddha bowl was disappointing. I hope their other food is better.
