Food was 10 min late, husband had to go in to get the food we requested for curbside. They didn’t put the requested utensils in, and forgot the topping for my pancakes. Don’t know why we’re paying $12 for pancakes when there’s missing parts to the order, it was two food menu items surely not that hard to get right. :(

We came for dinner, and as usual it’s quite empty. We don’t mind that or slow service as a result. We’re quite chill in general. Our server was quite friendly. The food was good, neither terrible nor great. The price is good.
The issue is that while we were waiting for our food there were people screaming at each other in the kitchen, swearing, insulting each other. I legitimately thought it was about to get physical. I had my wife and son with me so I was considering getting them out quickly in case it did get physical. I get that interpersonal work relationships are difficult to navigate but this was awful swearing at each other when a 10 year old is in the next room.

A clean, fresh, and organized IHOP. I had a BLT sandwich and it was very good. My waiter was attentive, and the manager was checking on customers. Easy off, and Easy on the I15 freeway in Springville, Utah. Highly recommended.
