Appeared clean and nice. There seemed to be only server, however, there was only 1 other group of 3 there in the place, so should not have been an issue. She was quick to seat us and take our order and she brought the food out quickly. That was the last time we saw the server until she came to take payment. Our drinks were never refilled and I needed more condiments, but she never came back, so we did without. I saw her seat 2 more groups and then she came to take payment. I asked for a to go box, but she never returned. After the bill was paid, we waited over 10 minutes to get the to-go box, but finally gave up and left, leaving multiple dollars worth of pancakes on the table. The food was okay at best. We will not be back to this location.

I would avoid this IHOP at all costs. Every single server looks around 17 years old which, mind you, I have nothing against young servers; But these ones though? Zero work ethic. They all walk around turtle like, like they all just smoked a bowl. Iāll start from the beginningā we walk in, theyāre cleaning up a spill on the floor. Not just with a mop but a server on his hands and knees scrubbing it up. Great work ethic right? But then right after, he sees us he greets us and grabs our menus (with the opposite hand he was scrubbing the dirty ground with **PHEW*) then proceeds to grab our utensilsā¦ withhhh the hand he used to clean the ground ( š¬ ) he was still kind tho; so bless his heart. Anyways, we sit down and wait a whooole 15 minutes to even be greeted. Finally we order, then it takes another 15 minutes to get our water and coffee. The food took another good 15-20 mins which is understandable. The food was okay, not great but okay enough to not waste it. The eggs were super dry, over cooked and the steak in my $16 omelette was very minimal. The omelette itself was a good size cuz they stuff it with hashbrowns but if Iām gonna pay that much for food, I expect my protein to be increased, not the least amount on my plate cause I know Iām not paying a whole $16 for some dang potatoās on my plate. Told my server I donāt like melons, guess what he brings me? A bowl full of melons š like what? He had no patience when I needed something and would start walking off before I was even done talking, which in turn didnāt even bring me what I asked forā¦ š¤·āāļø I donāt think thereās an actual manager present at this location and if so, they must be part of the younger generation of this location. This place lacks moral compass and integrity.

8-29-25 Their food was worse than I remembered. Over cooked, dried eggs on a cold omelet. I think I rather go to the Bell. Service was overwhelmed. To many customers (why?), too few workers.
Their food kind of disappointed. Service was slow. The chicken burrito kind of meh.
IHOP!!.PLEASE. PLEASE. go and clean up your parking lots. My 89 yr old grandpa tripped over cut both of wrists blood pouring out everywhere from his frail arms and hopefully nothing is cracked or broken. Due to this old rubber tire piece just left sitting in the parking lot. This is a place where especially the elderly love to eat. Please for safety of your customers go clean that trash up that's laying all over.

UPDATED: IHOP reached out and said they wanted to make it right and said our next meal was on the house if we were willing to give them another chance. After a few weeks my wife and I went back and service was a bit better but still not phenomenal. Our server this time around was much nicer however he didnāt check in as much leading to me needing to again ask another staff member if we could get a refill as they walked by since it had been 20-30 minutes without being checking in on. I think Iāve come to this is just the way IHOP is and thatās the service you get for the food prices. Iāve upped my review score just a bit due to the willingness to invite us back to make it right and our new server being a lot nicer however I still think thereās a ways to go before they get a 5 Star rating
Old Review: Iāve always had pleasant experiences at IHOP but this time was not great. My wife and I decided to come for a breakfast date and everything was great to start but after we ordered our server never came to our table again. My wife had gotten a soda and towards the end of our meal she said, āI was hoping Iād be able to get more refills but our server hasnāt stopped byā. I realized she was right and our server was nowhere to be found. I told her Iād go to the kitchen entrance and see if we could refill it ourselves and she told me sheād be too embarrassed to do that. I decided to stand up and see if I could find our server and eventually found him sitting in the back corner of the restaurant messing around with other servers. I waved him down and only after I got his attention and I asked if he could visit our table to get my wife a refill did he actually stop by. We stayed for another 20 minutes with no additional visit from him even though we needed a refill again. I eventually had to wave him down when he was coming out of the kitchen to get our bill. I donāt mind paying for a soda but the salt in the wound was the soda was $3.5 and over the course of an hour meal weād only gotten visited again and got a refill once after I had to go find our server. Felt like a waste and our server had done the bare minimum only to give us the receipt and stand there and watch us as we filled out the tip portion.
Could not have been more disappointed and I was hoping this IHOP would live up to the great service we have gotten at other locations!

Recently, I have found myself eating at this IHOP more often, and I have been incredibly impressed every time. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the food is always prepared correctly and tastes good. Additionally, the food is prepared incredibly quickly, so there is very little wait time.
I want to give a shout out to Kat, who is one of the waitresses, because she is incredible at her job. I recently came in with a good chuck of my extended family (16 people in all), and she was on it. She got everyone's orders perfect without missing anything. She kept our glasses full, and the food was still out really quick and tasted as good as ever.
One last thing to note is this location is that it's not very busy. It's probably not great for the company, but it's ideal for the customers. I have never had more than a minute or 2 wait. It's usually pretty quiet, so you can have a nice dinner alone or with your family without being bothered by the other people around you.
