My husband and I love coming here! The staff is always very friendly and they have fun and new coffee flavors to try throughout the year! They’re very welcoming and try the best they can to serve you quickly. In the morning when the lines are long, they have someone come outside to take your order. 10/10 recommend to anybody coming in from outside of Springville.

Good coffee most of the time, but their system auto fills 25% tip (and not obviously shown). They say your total and you sign, then your amount charged includes a 25% tip with no additional input...Shady practices! Change the system and ill change my review.

I like the Provo location a lot, but this drive through is 85% of the times very disappointing. I've come here on and off depending on my work location for some years, just out of convenience but quality is lacking.. Make drinks wrong, TOOO sweet or just bad. If you are looking for convenience this might be the spot, but quality? no. Customer Service is very inconsistent, some of the baristas are at times rude, others are a pleasure to interact with!

This place is incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes the best latte ever, and sometimes garage.
I'll just start updating my rating and comments per visit.
As for the last two visits, I've been given lukewarm drinks when ordering hot.
Update 12/1. They were out of stock on ingredients to make my requested drink choice. But what I did get was still excellent.
Update 12/5. Ordered hot, was given lukewarm. Taste was way off. Didn't finish due to flavor.

Love their coffee they’re always great about making changes to the drinks and get it spot on. Yesterday I was there and the owner paid for my coffee that was in front of me and made my day.

I asked for three shots and to make up a random iced coffee you gave me a chai with no coffee. Like I can taste the differences lol

I wanted to like this spot so bad being new to Springville. My coffee is always warm- never hot! Huge miss in my opinion. Why offer large coffees if you don’t know how long to steam that amount of milk? Have had to go back twice for a remake and the second time it happened it wasn’t even nearly hot enough to be called a hot coffee. I’m confused why this is an even a problem? I thought it was a fluke until I ordered an iced coffee and it was warm and barely iced- yikes. And they make them so sweet- most people drinking coffee in the valley aren’t Mormon so it’s interesting why they think it needs so much syrup! Prices are on point but I can’t be bothered to swing around multiple times per visit for a decent coffee. Too many missed chances in my book for a perfect drive through coffee spot :/
Used to be the best place to go for coffee. Last two times I went it upset my stomach badly. They need to make sure they are cleaning their equipment properly.

The customer service at this coffee shop is top-notch, not only is the coffee always delicious but the quality is always there and you can really tell how much the employees and owner care about this business, and their customers. They always make sure the customer leaves happy And I really appreciate that.
