What a great staff. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Ordered sandwiches to go for a group of us that was having a picnic. The place was spotless. Sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it.

I came here today and got the number 16 with Provolone. I took my first bite, and there was a huge, long brown hair in my sandwich. So gross, it’s a cold sandwich and it was also warm, the mail was warm, and they put way too much lettuce on the sandwich. I was so grossed out that I couldn’t finish it And I went home and gave it to my dogs so sad and disappointed. It’s my favorite sandwich and now it’s ruined forever.

I ordered takeout and was really looking forward to trying the new pesto pasta salad. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed the label said it should have been used by the day before. Since I didn’t catch it at the restaurant, I didn’t go back to exchange it. It was a bit disappointing, and it made me wonder about how closely food safety guidelines are being followed. Hopefully just an isolated oversight.

I tell you what. I have always loved the sandwiches from here, but recently, I just started getting their chocolate chip cookie and they are absolutely fantastic. High-quality chocolate chips and really soft and chewy. Absolute perfection.

Food is always fine here however I don’t understand why they haven’t upgraded to tap to pay system that they can hold out the window at the drive-through. All it takes Is one employee to drop a cell phone. Plus, I don’t hand people my cards anyways just due to theft.

They live up to the motto. They're fast. Good sandwiches.
Workers had no idea what they're doing..ordered a gargantuan roasted. Got to the window and the worker said just so you know, we can't toast the gargantuan but we didn't know so we didi it. The menu literally says toast any bread. I guess it's too hard to toast that one? And they made the sandwich wrong. There's a reason I don't go here.
I had this place at a high star rating before but I have to change it after today for a couple reasons:
1. They have passed delivery off to Uber. Which has made what used to be fast and flawless delivery into slower and inconsistent as is the case when using these third party companies.
2. The price is ridiculous at this point. A giant size of their new chicken sub is $24 after tax/fee. $24 for a sandwich. That’s ridiculous. You can get a steak dinner with sides and endless drinks for less than that around here.
The sandwiches are good but $24 is insulting for any sandwich. Plenty of places around here that will give better/more food for less.

Ordered them online and it was raining so I’ll give them that but they took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get me to my order. I couldn’t even eat it until after a few hours later when I was able to get my work break
