They said they couldn’t toast my sub and also didn’t ranch?? What kind of sandwich place is this? Also smelled really weird. Stay away from this place.

That’s unfortunate. My first bite was absolutely disappointing, with it only being a slice of thin cucumber and cheese. They didn’t even fill my sandwich all the way, which is not what I paid for.

I got a "favorite" sandwich the cuban to be specific and it says you get double the protein. My sandwich had one piece of ham and two slivers of bacon. $8 for an empty piece of bread. That being said so the originals only get half a piece of meat?

Springville, UT. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life, ever! I will never return to this place and either will any of my friends or relatives who work with me... Did the drive thru, ordered a #2 - Jimmied up, which I have done several times. After explaining my order three times to the speaker individual, I pulled up and received my sandwich then drove away. Got to the place of my business to eat my sandwich, it was bone dry, not Jimmied up with onions, peppers, additional sauce, oil, salt & pepper. I dove all the way back to JJ and walked in. At that time there was two cars in the drive thru and I thought it would be better to talk to the person inside. I explained the problem , gave him my receipt and sandwich, then requested a new one. At least a half hour later, seven cars had driven through the dive thru and one additional person inside ordered and received their sandwich, I finally received my sandwich. I should have been added to the line after the two cars outside. I feel sorry for JJ that these employees are their only choice of people to hire, very incompetent, belligerent, and just they don't care, very obvious!

Staff is friendly enough but just can't seem to ever get my order right. Add mustard doesn't mean mustard only. I order a giant sandwich and tend to receive the half sandwich instead. Place was conveniently located, but I'm done with this store.

Springville JJ a went above and beyond on my delivery order! I ordered a sandwich for my son for his bday lunch while I was at work. In the delivery instructions, I added “Say Happy Birthday to the birthday boy!” I wasn’t sure if they really would but thought it would be funny. The driver actually did it as well and gave him a birthday note and a little treat. My 15 year old son wondered how this driver new his name and that it was his birthday, it was pretty awesome!!! Thanks Springville JJ, you’re the best!!!
I ordered 3 sandwiches online yesterday i ordered a little john for my daughter, they put jalapeños on her sandwich! Not just one but 3! It seemed a bit deliberate since they were spaced out perfectly through out the sandwich... I double checked my order to make sure I didn't accidentally add jalapeños. I most certainly did not. Super disappointed. That's pretty messed up. Do better.

I have never had a bad experience with this Jimmy Johns, the food is great for the price and very yummy! Most importantly the staff is AMAZING! I truly hope whoever runs this location knows and understands how great the staff is! They are incredibly fast, friendly, kind, and hard working. They keep the location clean and we'll run and should be appreciated to the fullest. Wonderful staff!
