Chantelle (sp?) and Jericho were incredibly patient and professional with me. Tonight I came in as the worst customer possible. I had no idea what I wanted, changed my order, and then didn’t clarify that I wanted 2 Giants and they had to re-input everything and did such a good job making sure they got everything right! So grateful for them and they didn’t make me feel like a burden at all! Especially as close to close as I was ordering.

Order took over 50 minutes to arrive the hot sandwich was luke warm. Other sandwich had onions on it when it wasn't supposed to. Good thing I'm not allergic.

What a great staff. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Ordered sandwiches to go for a group of us that was having a picnic. The place was spotless. Sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it.

I came here today and got the number 16 with Provolone. I took my first bite, and there was a huge, long brown hair in my sandwich. So gross, it’s a cold sandwich and it was also warm, the mail was warm, and they put way too much lettuce on the sandwich. I was so grossed out that I couldn’t finish it And I went home and gave it to my dogs so sad and disappointed. It’s my favorite sandwich and now it’s ruined forever.
I ordered takeout and was really looking forward to trying the new pesto pasta salad. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed the label said it should have been used by the day before. Since I didn’t catch it at the restaurant, I didn’t go back to exchange it. It was a bit disappointing, and it made me wonder about how closely food safety guidelines are being followed. Hopefully just an isolated oversight.

I tell you what. I have always loved the sandwiches from here, but recently, I just started getting their chocolate chip cookie and they are absolutely fantastic. High-quality chocolate chips and really soft and chewy. Absolute perfection.

Food is always fine here however I don’t understand why they haven’t upgraded to tap to pay system that they can hold out the window at the drive-through. All it takes Is one employee to drop a cell phone. Plus, I don’t hand people my cards anyways just due to theft.
