“Speaking to the most recent negative review on the açaí base - this place has real açaí. Not an American smoothie blend with a tiny bit of açaí in it, this is actual Brazilian açaí. This is the closest I have found to the açaí my family and I grew up having in Brazil. If you are looking for a more authentic taste, come here.“

“This place is my new fave for incredible and quick snacks, cookies, pretzels etc and of course their yummy drinks! Addie at the Orem location helped my family and she was the sweetest, most attentive young lady! It was a difficult experience for me, with three small children who were all over due for a nap and I too was not in the greatest mood, but Addie was so great, incredibly patient, very knowledgeable about the drinks/ingredients I had questions about and she was so great with my children, totally turned their frowns into laughter with out missing a beat! I was truly in awe of her actually! Haha long story short, this place has great drinks and the service/certain employees are even better ! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because wow she is def the reason we will be back!“

“I'm not sure if the Jamba Juice is the healthiest of the fruit juice places, but with the Orange Dream Machine, it is definitely the tastiest.Of note, I have a very discerning 2 year old granddaughter that 100% agrees. Her first sip of the orange dream machine and her face lit up and then I had to buy an extra one for myself or I wouldn't have got any.Also, the folks at the BYU Jamba location are super friendly!“

Other faves are the “second wife” and the “your mom.” 🤣 The line can get pretty long and can go pretty slowly sometimes, so be prepared.“

“I've tried pretty much all Boba Tea places in Utah County and Tea Mate in my humble opinion, is my favorite! The flavors are just more rich and flavorful. It's pretty small and there's only about 5 tables. They do have outside tables in the warmer months. And even when it's incredibly busy, they are very quick to serve our drink orders! My favorite is Taro milk tea! And i love that they can do 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100% sugar. I recommend getting 50% because it is very rich and sugary.“

“I must shout out to the gentleman (I do not know his name - he has ash/blond, longer hair and such a cute smile) working the drive-up window this morning (12.29.25) absolutely made my ENTIRE day!! It is obviously Monday so it was bad just because of that but I added a whole host of other 'fun' things' just in case I needed something extra. I missed my alarm, missed my exit on I-15, late for work/missed a meeting, make-up not done and what was done was trash, the list goes on... Needless to say, I had the worst morning E V E R!! I NEEDED Dutch Bros. in my life FOR sure today! So, I pull up and this nameless, very cute, gentleman working the window met me with an amazing smile and gratitude for coming 'in' this morning. He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! If anyone knows this man's name, I would love to call him out directly. Thank you 'Dutch Bros. Hero of the Day' - you are the reason I choose DB over everyone else! - xoxo“

“Not usually one to leave reviews, but this stop deserved it! My partner and I are road-tripping from Colorado to California and decided to try Swig for the first time. We were greeted so warmly, and when we mentioned it was our first visit, the employee offered us a free cookie (which was delicious!). Little gestures like that make such a difference. We’ll definitely be stopping by again on our way back!“

My husband wasn't sure what he wanted but the lovely barista suggested a peppermint cold brew with cold foam and peppermint sprinkles and it was delicious! Tasted just like a cafeinated candy cane!!
