We got here 10 minutes before closing and these two girls wouldn’t let us in. One had blue hair and the other had a blond ponytail. We saw them throw away the pizza and take some for themselves. All we wanted was some pizza. Horrible service I’m never going here ever again. We would have taken LITERALLY ANYTHING THEy HAD but they decided to ignore us for 12 MINUTES!!! Anyway, after that we decided to go to dominoes and they actually respected us and treated us like actual human beings.

Probably the most disappointing location I’ve had the disservice of walking into. The staff who was on shift at 4:00 PM on 12/29/25 are the most unhelpful staff I’ve met.
We have waited at this location for almost 20 minutes now to pick up a simple meal order, and despite trying to get staffs attention we were repeatedly ignored. Until finally, with exasperation we were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I understand how hard it is to work in the service industry. But, the staff were very dismissive not just of Doordashers, but the other customers who came in requesting to get food.

Terrible customer service. I wish I got the name of the employee that I had to deal with so I could talk to a manager about this. I brought in a brand new gift card that the machine wouldn’t read. The guy running the register just sat there as error code after error code popped up with his mouth open while line behind me got bigger. After I pointed out that it was not reading the gift card, he told me that it was probably because the gift card was out of money. I opened this gift card brand new before going in. When I told him it was brand new he just said “I don’t know what to tell you.“ He didn’t do anything to try to help me find a solution, he wouldn’t take the card to manually input the information, he was perfectly fine just standing there breathing with his mouth open as if I were the idiot. So I canceled the order and walked out. Don’t go to this location expecting anyone to be willing to help you

I ordered a pizza and a crazy bread online. It said it had been baking for 10 minutes when I got to the store. I went inside and my pizza was sitting on the back counter. They told me we were just waiting on the bread. So I waited 17 MINUTES. And at no point did they put my pizza in the warmer. It sat on the counter the whole time. After 17 minutes they told me the bread was going to be a while longer. What had they been doing the last 17 minutes?! Nothing. They weren’t even busy. I left without my freaking bread because I was sick of my pizza getting cold and of waiting. Terrible service. And they only reply when someone doesn’t write something on the bad review.

Customer service sucks
This location has never had pizza ready to go the entire time I’ve lived in springville. Additionally they are very slow. The staff doesn’t seem to give a damn either.

This store has its ups and downs. For years it was long wait periods, cold old pizzas, and horrible customer service. Then they got a new manager and it went awesome for a few months, in an out, warm fresh pizzas at any given time, and happy employees eager to assist you. But over the last 2-3 months it’s gone down hil again. 20-45 minute wait times when they tell you “10 minutes”. And it’s usually one employee doing everything while the others slack off. I do not put this on them. I AM PUTTING THIS ON MANAGEMENT. they employees obviously are not being treated well enough to care. “I just work here” attitudes are what’s given back in return. ORDER AHEAD OF TIME PEOPLE! Seems to be the only good way to get food ready when you want it.

Over a 20 minute wait for a basic pepperoni and cheese. They used to have them ready but it seems like they no longer live up to their motto of hot and ready.
Cut my pizza really made me mad
Long wait and no where to sit.
