Showed up at noon on.Saturday, and they had virtually nothing hot and ready. Little Caesars is mid tier at best. The one thing they have going for them is convenience. If I can’t grab and go when I’m driving by, I’ll get food elsewhere.

We rarely come to this location anymore because of the crap service, and tonight they didn’t disappoint! Again!
We were in s rush do dinner options so decided to give it another shot. Perhaps management made some good changes? Nope.
We ordered stuffed pretzel crust cheese pizza. What we got was a standard pizza crust with pretzel salt sprinkled all over the pizza.
Then they have someone who must be either legally blind or failed geometry class in school, because they couldn’t slice a pizza to save their life. How hard can it be to slice a darned pizza?!
I’ve had comments on the Reddit site making excuses for the poor quality, but I’ve met NYC pie slingers who make 100’s of pizzas a day and still slice them correctly because they take pride in making a quality product. Here, the kids working, and the piss poor managers, just don’t take any pride in their work.
Every other store in neighboring communities seem to understand how to slice a pizza.
I’m definitely done with this location. They’ve had too many chances and still haven’t stepped up to the plate.

I order carry out from this location regularly, other than a bit of a wait sometimes, the food and service are great. The last time I visited this location, I was there to pick up an order that I mistakenly submitted to the wrong location. The staff were very helpful and made my order while I waited.

I’ll be honest, I’ve started eating at Little Caesars again for the Crazy Puffs. They’re freaking delicious. Would rather eat these than the pizza (just my opinion). The pizza is still good (most of the time) but something about the Crazy Puffs has me in a chokehold. Busy location so definitely recommend ordering online ahead of time. The last couple of times we have ordered online our order wasn’t ready at the estimated time, it took a little longer.
Food somehow is usually barely warm. Even though this place is constantly busy. Online orders usually sit if ever put in the portal. Front staff seems lost and confused most of the time. Needs new Managment.

Bad experience today. We ordered around 6:10 and it said it would be ready around 6:35. We showed up around then and it wasn’t ready yet. Or so the app said. We waiting in the car until 7:00 when we got the notification that it was ready to pick up. It was obvious that the pizza had just been sitting out for 20+ minutes. Awful service. This is a picture of the pizza 10 minutes after it has been picked up - already looking dry and old.

They gave me a call when I submitted a complaint and refunded me!
