Maui the authentic shave ice

If there’s going to be a closing time posted, follow through with it. If not, change the time because it’s frustrating driving there and having it end up being closed, even when on google it says til 10, and on the actual thing itself.

Love the snow cones but everytime I go there are 20 people and one person making snow cones takes over 30 min to get a snow cone.

We ordered four snow cones and settled at a table, eagerly waiting for our treats. People near the window asked if our number was 42, but it was hard to hear from our spot. It turned out our number had been called, and our snow cones were left to melt in the sweltering 90-degree heat. When we finally went to collect them, the girl informed us they had run out of ice cream, so one of the kids got theirs while another didn’t, leaving us unsure about who missed out. It was disappointing to pay for four ice cream add-ons and only receive three. On the bright side, the snow cones tasted fantastic, the menu had a great variety, and the prices were more reasonable than most other places.

Amazing service! They were personable, fast, and the shaved ice was delicious!! The tables were clean and not sticky like other places. 10/10 would recommend.

My snow one was something I could’ve made at home. The ice was still crunchy and had no flavor. Big sizes but I didn’t even want to finish it. Very unsatisfying snow cone.

Great shaved ice for a great price. I was honestly suprised by the size for the price, my wife and I got one small that were were going to share and it was more than enough for the two of us. They also have a great covered seating area and the staff are all friendly and great. Would reccomend to anyone!

Amazing sized snow cones, plus they taste heavenly! Staff was kind and again… these suckers are huge and great for the price. My fav snow cone place in the area!

Maui has ice as soft as fresh snow, the service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend.
