We are traveling through and they have the best customer service. A very considerate lady came out and noticed our daughter could use a high chair. She quickly brought her one and was very kind when bringing out food out. A gentlemen with a Grinch hat was extremely kind to our family. He spoke with our daughter with such kindness. He also cleaned up after our youngest and was so kind about cleaning the lobby! Thank you for making our breakfast enjoyable!

I have to say 2 people that we came in contact with were outstanding. A gentleman with a grinch hat who was cleaning the lobby was so extremely nice and interacted with us when we talked to him! He was friendly and nice to the kids. The lady thar delivered our food was so nice and got us a high chair. We kept moving around the lobby(kids couldn't make up their minds) and she was so sweet about it! Thank you for being so nice! I wish I knew their names!

It took an 45 minutes for then to fix my order, and they over charged me. Tried giving me the wrong order even after asking for the manager 3 times the manager never came to fix the problem. I did speak to 4 different employees and the problem. They finally just decided to refund my order. They don't even deserve 1 star they were so horrible!!! I left the issue never getting resolved. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

All I ordered was a hot and spicy with only mustard mayo and extra pickles. They took forever getting it to us, I open it and it has a bunch of lettuce in it and no mustard. We go back in to get it fixed, took them 25 minutes to fix it, and on top of the fact it only has mayo on it and two pickles. Kind of ridiculous.

Terrible experience
This McDonald’s was filthy — tables sticky, floors dirty, and trash overflowing. The food was just as bad: cold fries, soggy burger, and no care in preparation. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

We were really disappointed with this McDonald’s. It took 22 minutes to get our food, which felt more like waiting at a full-service restaurant. Most of the staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly, but one gentleman was kind enough to apologize for the delay. Hopefully, the service will improve.

The SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered ahead of time in the app and still ended up waiting at the drive thru speaker for a good 10 minutes before anyone even answers to take my order number. I will not be returning here.

The young man at the drive through was very nice, but not trained well enough to be running drive through alone. It wasn't fair to him or his customers. The fries were cold and rubbery. I feel like McDonald's is becoming like every place else, and allowing the quality and taste of their food to diminish. There used to be nothing better than fresh, hot, salted, French Fries and a Coke from McDonald's that made an amazing afternoon snack! No longer the case now. Very disappointing!
