The food at this location is actually very good in my opinion. However, the cleanliness as of late has been lacking. It was especially bad when I visited around 8:00pm at night. They definitely need to work on emptying the garbage more frequently.

The food is good, but when you walk in they have a huge red sign in front of the register advertising the app which just screams, "Don't bother us!" We have to walk to the pick up window and flag someone down and ask them to come and help us. Their
Register is set up in such a way that they cannot see if there is a customer waiting. Sometimes we feel like we are imposing to order. We don't want to use the kiosk, we want to talk to a person. If a customer wanted to use the app they would not have bothered to walk into the store

Terribly long wait for a sandwich and fries. 10 minutes in drive thru-and we were the first car in line.
Customer service is non existent.
Food was overcooked and slapped together, looking like they stepped on it with a giant elephant before they threw it into a sack, nevermind it was overcooked, nearly burnt.

Poor service and poor communication skills. Wait time was too long at drive up and order was done wrong.
If I could give less I would. My burger was completely pink in the middle. Like how do you mess that up. A machine cooks it for you.

I wanted to give a shout out on an excellent employee. Anthony this afternoon was taking orders, delivering food, and cleaning. He was very tentative to the customers and looked like he was working hard. Something that seems to be harder and harder to find now a days.

What a dump. I’d be embarrassed if I were the owner operator manager whomever. Sadly I come here as it is the newest mcds in The area. Quickly turning into the norm. Every table was dirty. Food is usually okay here but it was on par with the trash can today.

This place feel like an industrial facility instead place serve you happy meal, your food come out without any calling number or name, zero human interaction, this make me understand why McDonald going downhill
Went to lunch with my kids and at 12:30pm and the entire play area was closed and full of employees on their phones eating lunch. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this is beyond a low point. The one thing McDonald’s has going for it is the play area.

Don't go on Sundays. No one speaks English so trying to explain that you want a spicy mcCrispy not a McChicken is next to impossible and then you get a regular mccrispy with no sauce. I went back to get it fixed and waited 20 minutes for someone to come up to the front register and talk to me and still had to point out that there is spicy sauce on the one in the picture but not on mine.
Of the many McDonalds in this area this is by far my least favorite. The employees seem unfamiliar with even the simplest of special orders. When I asked for a mcdouble with only mac sauce (using verbiage from their own order process) they seemed confused. Also, minor inconvenience, my Dr. Pepper was a Coke. After a long wait in drive thru where I could hear one employee taking orders for both sides, then waiting for the employee to finish their conversation so I could pay, they girl who gave me my order was very kind and polite. So some things were okay.
