I hadn't been to Papa John's in years, so me and some friends decided to go back. We were very impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza, and their shockingly good ranch. For "fast food" pizza, this might take the cake. The service is fine, but doesn't stand out in any way, nor does the atmosphere.
Ordered online. Went at the time or said it would be ready. Waited over 30 minutes extra after in location. Not happy. Could have waited at home.

Made my pizza almost 4 hours too early and left it out on a shelf with no heat. Told them I set another time for pickup and they just shrugged like, oh well, enjoy your cold pizza that's been sitting out for 4 hours... never received a phone call or notification that my pizza was ready.

These guys are awesome! Went in first minute they were open hoping to get pizza for the neighborhood party in 30 minutes. They were Jonny on the spot quick, kind and ready. Thanks for coming thru for us. Great pizza! Great price!

Shout out to the manager Alma, he worked to make my order perfect. He went the extra mile. Food was great and delivery service was quick and on time, also would like to give the delivery driver a thumbs up.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. Not only are they quick to get your order out, the quality of the pizza is great and fairly consistent. One time an employee came to hold the door for my wife when she was carrying a baby.
I was there 22:30 they don’t wanna make a pizza, because they were closing soon! 30 min before close!

What a sad day. I never thought I would ever give Papa John's less than a 5, but last Saturday I ordered The Works from the Springville location. I could almost find a few peppers, onions, ham, etc. I have never had such a SKIMPY pizza from Papa John's. I guess there is a reason we have taken our pizza business to TWO JACKS.
