Haven’t ordered Papa John’s for over 10 years. I ordered online and picked up my order. I don’t tip when I pick up. It dawned on me that my lack of tip may have been the reason why one of my ordered toppings (on receipt) was missing. It wasn’t noticed until I was home.

Our delivery was 15 later than the latest estimated delivery time. Upon opening the boxes the food was cold. And there was an OPEN garlic sauce that had spilled all over the chicken bites and leaked into the breadstick box.

I try to leave equal good reviews and bad reviews unfortunately this one is bad. I know this is Halloween, but you should be ready for the holiday We downloaded the app and ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic knot a 4 pm and scheduled a 5:15 delivery. I called the store at 5:30. They still hadn’t started the order . They said it may be there by 6:15 -6:30 but we can’t guarantee it Perfect! We will all be gone trick or treating by then and have hungry kids. They said sorry, but 2 hours to get a pizza delivered is a little over the top. Im not sure what it will taste like when it comes because we are leaving now. Maybe it’s good cold pizza. (First time ordering from papa John’s and it was close to $50 fyi

I can’t believe they’ve gone to DoorDash! I ordered at 6:26 and was delivered at 8:01 on a Wednesday night cold pizza? Wow! I’m shocked they went this route. I’ll stick to Papa Murphy’s. Terrible

They lied to me about my pizza needing more time. My pizza was just sitting on a rack getting cold. I waited 20 min, asked multiple staff about the status of my order. Every time they stated is was still in the over. eventually someone went to the rack and found my cold pizza and handed to me. You lost this customer.

We have been getting carryout from here regularly for years, maybe 10–12 times a year. Our orders are consistently accurate, good-quality, and on-time.
The bread socks were plain and could have been made 2 weeks ago they were so hard

This hasn’t been the best location for me. The wait has always been long. The pizza is really good and I love how they give you the garlic dipping sauce with your pizza. Last time I ordered here, I ordered on the app. The wait was long. I got the text saying our order was ready. I went in to pick it up and they couldn’t find my order so they had to remake it which took longer. I would give this location 3 stars but they gave me a full refund for my pizzas so I ended up getting them for free which was nice so it gets 4 stars for that.

I hadn't been to Papa John's in years, so me and some friends decided to go back. We were very impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza, and their shockingly good ranch. For "fast food" pizza, this might take the cake. The service is fine, but doesn't stand out in any way, nor does the atmosphere.
