Got the order pretty quick, only to find that the large pizza had about 5 pieces of meat and a dusting of sauce. Should have checked reviews before ordering.
I’m currently still sitting inside the Pizza Hut. Order was ready to go at 6:23pm according to the app. It is now 7:11pm, and there appears to be no end in sight. Absolutely ridiculous man. The staff here doesn’t seem to give two craps either. Absolutely zero sense of urgency.
Update: received my pizza at 7:20pm. Never again will I order from this establishment. Same thing happened probably five or six years ago and apparently I didn’t learn my lesson.

Since my food was delayed for 30 minutes…..I watched the manager take money from customers, touch pizza dough right after (including mine) without washing his hands or putting gloves on 🤮 When i told him i saw him do that and even wipe sweat off of his head and then touching food he pretty much told me he didn’t care. Tried calling the store owner to warn them but got no answer. We will not be returning!

We got our Pizza over an hour after ordering. Not only was it burned but the bread sticks were too. Next time we will go to Dominos.
The pizza was perfect I got there late for my pizza by around 20 minutes because of SpringVille traffic and it was still warm.
I ate a slice in the car, then one at home then one the next morning when it was refrigerated, then one microwaved for lunch, and it was still good every time. definitely better than other pizza places out there.
Parking: It was a nightmare to drive through Springville rush hour traffic but there was definitely enough parking

I enjoy Pizza Hut. I ordered online and came at the estimated pick up time. I came in and there was only one guy working and a long line of people waiting. I ended up waiting 1.75 hours past the estimated time, as good as the pizza was, it wasn’t worth the wait. Management needs to either go in and cover or hire more people.

Keep forgetting items when ordered . Last time I ordered for my son’s birthday and they forgot a pizza… it was only 3 pizzas? I order today 2 pizzas and a 2 liter nd a couple other things. They get door dash to deliver but don’t give the entire order to the dasher?? Forgot my 2 liter. They deliver it 40 minutes later, except it’s not even a 2 liter it’s 5 small dr peppers… Everyone is already done eating at this point. I’m done ordering from here

NOT WORTH IT...springville UT. Pizza Hut is soooooo skimpy on toppings, don't waste your time and hard earned $$$$$

I placed a phone order and encountered some confusion, likely due to an outsourced call-line. However, the operator was friendly and professional. The pizza was ready on time, tasted fantastic, and the in-store service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be ordering again.

We recently had the absolute worst pizza-ordering experience I have ever had at this location. We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery, and it said it was going to be delivered at 6:55 pm. I watched as the expected delivery time slowly moved back further and further, eventually reaching 8:45, nearly two hours late. Throughout this time I tried calling the Pizza Hut in Springville, the general call center for Pizza Hut, the delivery driver's number, but nobody ever answered. I even tried to start a chat on Pizza Hut's website twice, but nobody ever responded to it. My wife and I ordered this for us and our four kids, so we were all hungry and had no idea when the food was going to arrive. Finally, I drove down to the Pizza Hut in Springville to pick it up and figure out what was going on. It had been sitting there for who knows how long, but it was cold, the pizza looked weird (no toppings or cheese for a couple inches around the edges), and the sauce for the cheese bread was the wrong kind of sauce. I wanted a full refund, but the one employee at the store didn't even know how to process a refund. The service was absolutely unacceptable.

Paid online. Went to pickup and only 1 person there who didn’t know how to do anything at all, nor did he even try. 3 people had been waiting over an hour for their orders which still weren’t made and were supposed to be “done”. The one employee there just starting canceling all the orders as they would come in even though they were paid for. Never did get the pizza I paid for. Left and went to Dominos (who, btw, had 7 employees in their store all working super fast!).

PIZZA HUT! I ordered pizza and wings. With extra ranch. I looked in my wallet. Just to find out, I only had $7. So I went out of my way to make sure the person who delivered my pizza and wings was tip properly. Make long story short, I got hung up on three times!!!! Was referred to the manager, which hung up on me. As well. All I wanted was my ranch with my hot wings!!!! ? you all SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!! ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️
