Best chilaquiles in the valley, and the horchata latte is delicious.

Solid coffee spot. They have a great assortment of breakfast foods. Breakfast burrito was great with a tasty house sauce. Quick service and reasonable prices

Found this spot by accident and so glad I did! Totally worth the drive—amazing coffee, delicious breakfast burrito, and the green sauce is next-level.

First time I went here - they made a perfect cold brew and flavor for my gf and I had a white mocha, was decent. Came back to try again - no cold brew (it happens) , gf’s latte instead tasted burnt and I asked for white mocha with some vanilla added and decaf - I got handed legit just milk and vanilla , no coffee at all. Decaf = no caffeine = no coffee? It almost seemed like they put the total coffee for both drinks into the same cup

This place used to be so good, but the last couple of times have been incredibly disappointing. They’ve made portion sizes smaller, which is fine, but the quality has also gone down. The chilaquiles only come with one egg now, and this last time they gave us “extra chips” because they ran out of beans, but they didn’t tell us when we ordered so we didn’t find out until we got home. Maybe they only do this to takeout orders, but it’s too bad anyway.

Holy cow!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
If you haven’t been here for breakfast and coffee you need to run! Don’t walk!

I am a local of Springville, UT for 15 years and Pueblo Coffee on Main has the best coffee in town by far. I've been coming here for several years, sometimes daily. They have a drive-thru around back as well as a dining area both inside and out. The owner has always been so kind from the beginning and takes pride in his food and coffee, something you rarely find anymore. Take the time to go here. It's well worth it!
