I used to be a strong defender and promoter of Sodalicious over competitors but they are sliding downhill, especially this location. Went this morning— unfriendly staff, old popcorn, stale & dry cookies, watered down drinks. Come on, you guys can save it! Do better!

I couldn't find the review section for the one on North main in Springville, I'm hoping I can get some help. Im a type 1 diabetic, and I always go to the one on north main in Springville for my diet soda. I went the morning of Sep 8, and ordered a diet soda with custom mix-ins. I got to work, gave myself a little bit of insulin for the sugar in the mix ins, and went on with my day. About 45 minutes later, I was super sick, super thirsty, and dizzy. I checked my blood sugar, and it was 346. Wayyyy above my average. I hadn't eaten anything in the morning, I usually don't because I'm not hungry. I checked my soda again, and sure enough, it had that weird aftertaste regular soda has after you sip it. It coats your whole mouth in sugary grossness. I usually can't tell the difference between regular and diet when there is sugar in the mix ins, it covers it up. I go there all the time, and the girl that's there in the mornings is extremely quick and provides little to no customer service. I think she was in such a hurry she got me regular Dr Pepper. I would've been fine if I KNEW it was regular, but I'll be sick the rest of the day and some of the morning after trying to bring my blood sugar down. I am hoping someone can help me. Other wise the drinks are great. I have receipt proof if I need to provide that. Along with picture of my high blood sugars throughout the day. Thank you

Honestly, whatever that awful the smell is that comes from near by the shop is so off putting, I will drive further south or go somewhere else for a soda and treat. It’s horrible. The white building also is facing the sun and it beats so brutally on the wall it is blinding. The employees couldn’t care less about their job or the customers their serving. The other locations are so much better.

Roxy was super rude and slammed the window on me and my friends faces after giving us our drinks. the drinks also tasted aggressively horrendous. it was horrible service overall.

This used to be my favorite drink shop, but their soda has gone downhill. It tastes disgusting; they obviously aren't cleaning whatever it is they need to clean.If you get a plain Diet Coke, it tastes like you got it from one of those dirty gas stations, completely inedible.
Not only do we love Sodalicious, but the North Springville one is the best one and our favorite! Great menu, great staff, pure awesomeness.

Went to the North Springville location on 11/20 at 11:00 and had the worst customer service. Ordered a raspberry lemonade that ended up just being water with raspberry flavor. Kindly let the employee know it wasn’t right and she was quite rude about it. She did remake the drink, but rolled her eyes at us as she shut the window.

they filled the drink with so much whip cream which blocked the carbonation of the soda and so when I put the straw in, a ton of soda came out of the straw and the hole and sprayed all over my car while I was trying to drive :| it was an accident but yeah idk. try not blocking the hole with whip cream ? the half of the drink that was left in the cup was pretty good though.
